Music is a tough medium to get into. However there are more ways to do it. Youtube has made people famous. I'd say give it a shot and learn. I don't want to ever crap on anyones dreams, because its something that guides them. So long as you know the risks and what it will take to make it in your chosen dream field. You just have to go in and do it. Easier said than done I know. Indeed. I have a couple of friends that are actually quite skilled in guitar and bass, we used to talk of making a band all the time but never got around to it. Drums were my first passion though lately I've been working on vocals. I've also done a lot of lyric writing, though songwriting is more than just coming up with catchy lyrics. I'm generally pretty happy though, I get depressed at times but I'm not unhappy for the most part. I'll be fine with a crummy job as long as I can live off of it. Though, my current plan is to live with my parents for a while. lol. |

I think for me, I just want to pay off my bills and work on a podcast. I think I have a lot to say and people would be entertained by it. However I know that won't pay the bills. So I keep doing what I'm doing. I have less than 10 months on this contract with my company then I'm a free man.
