She's not suing them over the character with the phone in the OP picture.... She's suing over one of those characters that pop-up and you can do "Mini-Missions" for them (Like the paparazzi guy), The characters name is Lacey Jonas and in one mission she needs help dodging the paparazzi because she doesn't have make up on and believes she's too fat to have her photo taken. Again this character isn't the reason she's suing  This is the character |

(I have no opinion on her suing. She's not going to win, which makes it irrelevant. The only way it would matter is if she wins, which would have a chilling effect on the right to parody celebrities)
