... either way, Deadshot sucks entirely. Also; can we say "complete ripoff of Deathlok's costume" Nope, I don't see it. Although in the second picture, he looks ugly.

Deadpool, Deadshot, Deathstroke, Deathlock... Man, the 90's were somethin'. Deadshot debuted in the 50's, Deathstroke in the 80's, and Deathlok in the 70's. "Dead" and "Death" are both very common names in comic books going all the way back to the 40's. There's also a Deadman

Wait, Soondragon's back but he's still on vacation? That man is amazing.
Death, dead, doom, black, pointy objects, captains, barons, madames, night, mad, blood, and doctors are all commonplace in comics. Most often ending in "-man."

"The absence of superhero diversity" Funnily enough, every new character from 2010 and onward has likely been a bold mix of black and Latino. Two birds, one mask.

I'm just happy we have heroes with beards now.
It's not like any of the central characters in the movies are of ethnic diversity in their comic counterparts though. It's needless nitpickery.
WAIT!
Black Widow is Russian, and Nick Fury is Jackson. BOOM!
lol.

Forced diversity is always a terrible idea. Comic book characters reflect their readership. They try and try to push more female characters, more "ethnic" characters, etc, and guess what they find? Nobody buys the $#@!ing comics. Treating the companies like they're "bigots" because they don't want to publish comics that nobody wants to buy is absolutely stupid.

I don't think I've ever seen a comic book store before. The closest I can find is Barnes and Nobles...(Which should say something)

I don't think I've ever seen a comic book store before. The closest I can find is Barnes and Nobles...(Which should say something) That's only a good thing if they have the train sets in the back. I've been in one legitimate comic book store, and nobody in there knew the meaning of hygiene. But really, who does?

Forced diversity is ALWAYS a mistake.

Wanna know what I hate?
When superheroes *cough*Spider-Man*cough* are forced to be a different race. Parker was better than that foo. Not to mention I loved Eddie Brock's and Parker going at it. Even better with Carnage (my favorite of the 3), Venom, and Spider-Man go at it.

Only Ultimate Spider-Man is not white, and he hardly counts because he's in a super duper alternate to the alternate Universe. Mainstream Spidey is still white, he's just Doc Ock trapped in Parker's body. And only until April, when Parker gets his body back.

I was just saying, I think it's stupid when they feel the need to change random characters like that. I don't like the regular spider-man direction right now either though (and I didn't realize Parker was coming back).
