. . . Thor's old costume was better. Sentry's costume was originally meant to be stupid. His super hero persona was a "throwback" supposedly from the "golden age" of heroes (meaning the Golden Age of comics, even though Marvel barely acknowledges the existence of the Golden Age). When they decided they wanted people to take him seriously, they were kind of stuck with it.

I'm rather indifferent to Banshee.

I'm rather indifferent to Banshee. I like Cannonball too. I know a lot of people don't, I don't know why I do I tend to like a lot of characters that people don't. Jubilee, for example.

I want to make it clear that I don't like Vampire Jubilee. That pissed me off.

I love Cannonball.
Jubilee never connected to me, I became numb to the rookie thing after X-Noob #426

I liked Daken as a concept, but I think he's rather bland.

Daken was a stupid character from jump. Sorry.
Cannonball has always been awesome though. One of the most interesting and least utilized X-kids

I liked Daken as a concept, but I think he's rather bland. The idea was neat but the delivery has been poor. Also doesn't help that he looks like he is on a nonstop coke binge.

What was this "concept" behind Daken that was such a great idea? "Wolverine has lots of sex, so there would probably be a kid, right? Okay, so lets make a kid with identical powers, a nearly identical personality, and a nearly identical background, right up to and including having undergone the Weapon X treatment... except, and here's the great part... HE'S EVIL!"
*eyeroll* Stupid. Stupid, stupid, stupid. Every single bit of it

Not short, handsome, and dressed and acted like rdj stark. Who had serious daddy issues. I also wanted him to walk a fine line between bad and good with hints of going both ways permanently

Daken was extremely stupid. Sure, I love Wolverine. He's my favorite character. However, Daken was basically Sabretooth. There was no need for Daken at all.

I also wanted him to walk a fine line between bad and good with hints of going both ways permanently That sounds just as unsubtle and terrible as the actual reality of Daken, sorry. When super heroes have kids, they have to be as distant from their parents as possible to be any good. I don't mean a 180, complete opposite kind of thing. I mean they need to be their own character, and avoid comparison as much as possible.

I'm with Wild here. I don't like copycats, I like original characters. Having the same powers doesn't always necessarily mean being a copycat, but Daken is one.

How many of you like Morbius?

I never delved in to Morbius. Save the occasional guest appearance in Spider-Man and glossing over some history via encyclopedias, I never followed him.
Shame though, superhero vampires seem right up my alley.

Morbius was cool in the 90's when I was into the romanticism of monsters with a "personal horror" aspect to them. I don't know that I would say I was ever a big fan, but I was certainly interested.

Shame though, superhero vampires seem right up my alley. I personally love the character. However, my opinion may be bad as a general opinion since I grew up loving him on the Spider-Man cartoon in the 90s.
