I just think marvel are using these characters so they can eventually throw them into the marvel movies since they can't use a couple of flagship avengers

Of course, why wouldn't she be?
Why haven't they brought Black Knight back to the Avengers lineup yet?

I don't know if this is the right place, but we were discussing it on the Cox a few weeks ago and it just popped into my head again. One of the few comics series I've ever been able to actually get was Young X-Men(which led to my love for the character Blindfold). In the same vein that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D is a Marvel TV series, would it ever be out of the question to have a TV series based on Young X-Men, or another thing like it? Does anyone know if Marvel plans to continue doing TV shows?

Fox owns the X-Franchise.
They do have a few shows planned as Netflix exclusives. Fine by me, no commercial breaks, pause when you feel like it, and it won't be filled with references and name drops to remind us it's a Marvel property because they're centered around legitimate characters.

I just think marvel are using these characters so they can eventually throw them into the marvel movies since they can't use a couple of flagship avengers ... except that argument makes no sense, since they're retaining Tony Stark, who is the only one that we know for certain WON'T be continuing in the MCU after Age of Ultron. There is also no chance that Sam Wilson will become the new Cap in the movies. They're clearly setting up Sebastian Stan to take that role.

They're clearly setting up Sebastian Stan to take that role. Correct. I think he and Tom (Loki) were signed for 6 movies, weren't they? There's no way Bucky's being just Bucky for 6 movies straight. Not when Evans has made it pretty clear that he wants out of the Cap role soon.

It was my understanding that Fox owned the movie rights, but X Men as a whole isn't their property. Is that not correct?

What did I miss? In the comics, they're replacing Cap with Falcon (Falcon is becoming Cap, actually), Thor with some chick, and Tony is going back to being a pseudo-villain and moving to San Francisco. Joey suggested that this move was being made in the comics in order to allow the comics to more closely mirror the movies, in which the identities of various heroes are going to have to be changing pretty soon due to contract issues. I pointed out that two of the three moves being made for the comics make no sense with that thinking.

My family's going to be heartbroken about that, they all adored him. Anyways, why?

If they were going to include Angela in the MCU, don't you think they would have put her in Guardians of the Galaxy, given that's how she entered the comics in the first place?

He's been bored with the role since the first movie LOL rdj will be in A2 and A3 that's confirmed A2, yes. A3, no. It was "confirmed" through some very spurious sources, and RDJ has said some things that suggested otherwise.

I thought RDJ confirmed he's done before A3?

I thought RDJ confirmed he's done before A3? He did. Then some website reported otherwise, and his response wasn't an absolute "no" so of course it's "confirmed" that he's going to be in the third Avengers film. It does seem likely that they'll want him to be, though, and would offer him pretty much anything in the universe to appear, because of his fake sacrificial death at the end of the 1st one, it would only make sense for him to be around to confront Thanos.
