Quick question who is favorite everybody's obscure villian? How obscure is obscure? These days more people know Batroc the Leaper (due to the Spider-Man cartoon) than Crossbones, even though Crossbones is a legit threat on his own and Batroc is a joke even when with a team. Crossbones, btw, is one of my favorite badasses in comics. |

I thought Purple Man had potential to become a big figure, I really liked the narrator thing they did with him in Thunderbolts years back.
Donald Pierce from the Hellfire club could make a cool villain too, he's got the mutant hating cyborg criteria covered.

Deadshot; worlds lamest villain. He's the assassin that never misses... unless he's shooting at any character with a name. This moron has failed to kill EVERYBODY in the DC Universe. He was hired to kill Batman TWICE, failed both times, hired to kill GA, failed, hired to kill Superman... WHO THE $#@! HIRES AN IDIOT THAT CAN'T KILL GREEN ARROW TO KILL SUPERMAN???, shockingly failed... The moron can't even kill unpowered nobodies who are superhero adjacent. Deadshot has failed to kill Commissioner Gordon countless times, not to mention Lois Lane, Amanda Waller, etc.
The "coolest" thing Deadshot has ever done is get his ass kicked by Deathstroke.

I suppose he could shoot legions of nobodies (Pedestrians: the comic jobbers) but even still, what happens when you put him up against a guy with a monthly title? Unless it's on the verge of cancellation, he misses.
