No, I think one popular kid at school said it to stand out. Then everybody that wanted to be popular followed him. Then the hate for Nickelback expanded after the giant robots attacked. Now everybody (except the ones that like good music) hate Nickelback. That one popular kid being Justin Bieber, It was the last part of his 4 step plan to ruin the music industry. 1) Become relatively famous 2) Release a pile of steaming s*** of a song called "Baby", A song so catchy that even deaf people can't get it out of their heads 3) Become ridiculously famous off the song "Baby" & Make your fan base so stupid that they jump in front of a train for you. 4) Tell the masses and masses of fans to stop listening to good music and dedicate their lives to you & only you. That is the 4 part plan. The only thing he didn't plan for was that he'd turn into a major d-bag that spits on his own fans (literally) According to one fangirl I was talking to, she was there when he spit onto the fans, and he did so because a fan was yelling at him to spit on them. |

Nickelback saturated the market with their music. Too many radio spins etc. Then I think about the time Photograph came out, which was cliched and lazy. The hate started to poor in. Also Nickelback was just the bigger part of that whiny voice fad. 3 Door Down did it as well.
Then it just became normal for people to hate Nickelback. To boo them and throw rocks at them during their concerts.

Nickelback saturated the market with their music. Too many radio spins etc. Then I think about the time Photograph came out, which was cliched and lazy. The hate started to poor in. Please, I can prove to you that both Justin Beiber and Lady Gaga probably have a lot more talent than what you think. Need I also remind you that music changes with times. Bane I agree it was one of their biggest hits, which again leads to being over exposed and people growing sick of them. I felt the song was highly cliche'd but that's my opinion. I think from there it just went down hill as far people enjoying them went. The one song I did like from them was Hero.
