Actually that's what I've been doing, and it's what I'm doing right now. So far my favorite episode of the second season has to be "Down."

Ah, good. I loved that episode as well, it was a season highlight for me, but for some reason a lot of other people seem more or less lukewarm to it. Everyone tends to enjoy it, but few seem to really find it a standout like I do.
The others that I really like from that season are episode 2 (Grilled), episode 3 or 4 (Peekaboo) and the final two.
Also, I for your sake I really do hope that you've managed to avoid all the spoilers in here.

Also Peakaboo is episode 6. Yeah, I liked that episode too. Anyway just finished the second disc of this season, two more discs to go.

Season 2 is all-around great. One of the more solid seasons, though really pretty much all of them are. The only part where I think the show dragged even a tiny but was near the halfway point of the series and really even then it wasn't a big deal- just one meh episode and perhaps two that were kind of slow.
I'm not really a fan of Badger but for some reason I like Skinny Pete. Unlike Badger who strikes me as a loser hanger-on that tries way too hard to be cool, Pete seems like a genuine guy. Another loser, yes, but a loser without pretension.

Does anyone know where I can find the Phoenix episode?
I would watch it on my PS4, but there are some scratches on this disc which have so far only affected this season. There's not really stuttering, so much as a point in the disc where it freezes a second before jumping ahead an entire 10 F***ING MINUTES.

They seem pretty hard to find online unless you go the torrent route. Frankly in this case I see nothing wrong with torrenting something that was shown on tv for free (and I myself have been buying the actual dvd sets regardless) so you might want to go that route.
Otherwise try polishing the disc scratches with toothpaste (yes, toothpaste) and then wash and dry it down. It might perform better after that.
