I have an idea for a WWE DVD that should be released late 2015: Tombstones & Caskets: The Undertaking Life & Career of Mark Calaway. It would be a 4-Disc Set that would look a little like this:
Disc 1 would be a documentary of Taker's Career/Outside WWE Life.
Discs 2 & 3 would have Taker's matches from his Debut match at WCCW as "Texas Red" against Bruiser Brody to: His WCW Stint, Survivor Series WWF Debut, Feuds From 1991-1996 (Hogan, Fake Taker, etc.), Lord of Darkness Years, ABA Years, Various Feuds From 2004-2012 (Orton, Taker, Kane, Shield, etc.), all the way to his WrestleMania 30 Retirment Match.
Disc 4 would have segments & promos including his possible 2015 Hall Of Fame Induction.

They would only do a WWE styles Bio when Taker retires, plus, It would be really unlikely if they showed any matches of him not as Undertaker, it would be like having a Kane DVD amd show matches of him as Isaac Yankem.
There have been about 5 Taker dvds aswell, so most of his matches would likely be from after 2004

I'm kind of leaning towards Taker's retirement after Mania 30 & HOF Induction in 2015. I think that having the name "Mark Calaway" in the title may allow the matches pre-Undertaker. Like a final set for Taker as WWE did the 4-disc for Steve Austin.

Yeah, Austin's featured footage from outside of WWE. Taker deserves to have any parts of his career detailed in a DVD also.

If WWE really wants fans to get their money's worth they should produce a set called "WWE: Where We Went Wrong". Exploring the various reasons why the company sucks ass (and has for nearly a decade now) would create enough material to fill half a dozen discs.
On a related note, I saw the "Stars of the 1990s" at Wal-Mart yesterday for five bucks. I kept on walking.

Says the guy who defends Rick "The Model" Martel, Dusty "fat tub of worthless goo" Rhodes, and Hulk "wait, whats a hammerlock again?" Hogan. (Actually that's not fair to Martel. He was a decent wrestler, it was just an asinine gimmick)

I still maintain that Martel pulled off a cheesy gimmick very well. He had the looks to pull it off and seemed to throw himself into the role with dedicated enthusiasm. He certainly deserved better. Maybe they blamed him for Tom Zenk leaving or something.

Maintain whatever you want, it was an idiotic gimmick for a guy who, just a couple of years prior, was the third most popular wrestler in the entire world.

I...didn't dispute that. Well there ya go. There was stupid stuff then, there's stupid stuff now. Particularly taking great wrestlers and giving them worthless gimmicks.

There's been stupid stuff since WWE first existed. My argument, and I still stand by it, has always been that the mid-2000s onward have been, as a whole, the shittiest decade in the company's history.

How is that not a thing yet? Because its' Daniel Bryan, the guy who doesn't draw. I don't know how one measures "draw" in a modern context, but the PPVs he Main Evented were some of the better sellers, and his merch sales have consistently been top 4... typically he's #3 right behind Cena and Punk.
