This gimmick $#@!ing sucks. I mean, I couldn't come up with a worse gimmick for Barrett if I tried. I could put a bunch of the worst ideas in history up on a dart board, throw a dart, and I'd probably still hit something better than "Bad News Barrett"

Yeah, Samson. Probably the biggest idiot in the bible. They're pretty much all idiots. That's the point. They screwed up, but God loved them, forgave them, and used them to work his will. It's kind of comforting once you realize what a $#@! up you really are yourself 8) |

I swear Vince said "Barrett's a great worker. Too great. Stick him with a gimmick that revolves entirely around cheap heat, so he doesn't make the roid freaks look bad."

I'd say he's a good enough worker 8) He's not all that outstanding or anything, but I'm a huge fan of his arsenal, and I think he's reasonably charismatic in a "super intense" sort of way. What Barrett has, IMO, that not everybody does (including a lot of flashier, more popular workers), is the ability to put on a good match with anyone. |

What Barrett has, IMO, that not everybody does (including a lot of flashier, more popular workers), is the ability to put on a good match with anyone. I remember I saw a match between him and Sheamus on Main Event a long time back. It was actually pretty awesome. |
