D would win, as it's got Hogan. People say crap about HHH burying people, when they should be saying that about hogan. However, I hate Austin, and I'm generally apathetic towards Rock, HBK, Warrior, and Hogan. So I'd prefer to see team C win.

Consider all of them in their prime. Team A wins.

I don't see Batista winning the title at Mania. If he does... it may be my final straw, like BRRRAAAAWWWWWWWKKKKK LESNAR! winning it around a decade ago was. Batista is more deserving than Lesnar, but the accumulation of bullshit is getting hard to wade through again.

Let's not confuse the issue here. Hogan NEVER put ANYBODY Over unless there was something in it for him. HHH has a long track record of putting guys Over just because it's good for the business that he do so. There are two sides to every story. That doesn't make everything relative.

So Hogan put over one guy Hogan put Taker over too... ... because he planned to come back and job 'Taker out later on, after 'Taker was established as an unstoppable monster. He did the same thing in WCW with The Giant. Hogan LOVED to hand-pick his opponents. It was never about putting anybody Over. It was about how good Hogan would look when he beat them later on.

What he planned never happened though, so it is irrelevant.

Rock got himself over and Undertaker and Angle put over Brock.

so what was the point of him putting over lesnar & rock ?? I don't remember him putting Over Lesnar, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you're one of these people who is confused and thinks that any time you lose a match to someone, you're "putting them Over." In point of fact, you can lose to someone and make them look like a complete fool (HBK vs. Hogan), or beat someone and and still put them Over. Rock/Hogan at WM18... *chuckle* Who do you think was the bigger star at that point? Who was putting Over whom, exactly? Even if we assume that Hogan "put Over" one of the most Over guys in the history of the business at the height of his popularity, which is a pretty ridiculous thing to assume... it's still fair to say that Hogan clearly benefited from doing so. Do you think they would have let that decrepit old man Main Event a card like that against just anybody? By being willing to "put Over" The Rock, Hogan kept himself in the spotlight.

I think Brock beat Hogan in a match that lead to Brock feud with Rock.

HHH did expose the business..along with his other pals.. He hugged some friends on their way out of the company with the cameras off so that nobody who wasn't there could see it. Yes, it was wrong, but it wasn't that big of a deal. HHH also paid his penance, lost his rightful spot at King of the Ring to Austin, and spent a year jobbing including a humiliating loss to the Warrior at WM. All of this he did without ever once complaining or playing the victim. The worst thing HHH ever did to the business was not the MSG incident... it was helping his cronies remain relevant while they contributed nothing. But even while doing so, he was helping out guys who were outside his circle as well.
