Total Extreme Wrestling. It's made by the same person that made this CBH game.
You're an owner of a company or a booker for a company and you have to make your own show (matches, roster, events, angles, shows, rivalries, championships, dojos, etc.).

Finished the list of Pokemon and Avatar characters.
I think I may try to fit in as many more into the regular marvel and DC universes as I can and then be done with the character lists altogether. I hope I have enough characters *chuckles*

Well, there's actually more than 2, but yeah Brawn's correct. DC's captain marvel is no longer called "Captain Marvel" though. Didn't they get sued? He's now called "Shazam." I'm just curious. Why did DC name a character Captain Marvel in the first place, especially if Marvel already had a character with that exact name?

Actually, it was more than 20 years before Marvel's character I believe and originally, DC's Captain Marvel....wasn't DC's. It was Fawcett's. When Fawcett Comics made Captain Marvel, Marvel comics was still known at Timely Comics (I believe). Sooner or later Timely Comics became known as Marvel Comics. Fawcett ended up going out of business and I believe DC bought some (if not all) of their products (kind of like 2k bought THQ's wrestling series). Does that make sense? lol

Most of it yes, but if DC came first, how could Marvel sue? Wasn't Marvel copying DC if that was the case? lol

DC owned the rights of Captain Marvel, but I think they waited years before actually using the character themselves, and by that time Marvel was now Marvel Comics. So, Marvel was actually Marvel before DC used Captain Marvel, so I think it kind of depends on what you believe because I can it being argued both ways. Yes, DC owned the name years before Marvel, but Marvel was well established before DC even tried using the name. That being said, I'm not 100% sure on any of this stuff, I'm only telling you what I've read and/or heard from people.

But it shouldn't of made any difference how long DC waited if they own the copyrights, right? Well whatever. Seems the name ended up going to Marvel, and to me a guy called captain Marvel sounds better under the Marvel banner then DC, so whatever. lol

This is what I just read:
"Fawcett ceased publishing Captain Marvel-related comics in 1953, partly because of a copyright infringement suit from DC Comics, alleging that Captain Marvel was a copy of Superman. In 1972, DC licensed the Marvel Family characters and returned them to publication, acquiring all rights to the characters by 1991. DC has since integrated Captain Marvel and the Marvel Family into their DC Universe, and have attempted to revive the property several times with mixed success. Because Marvel Comics trademarked their Captain Marvel comic book during the interim between the original Captain Marvel's Fawcett years and DC years, DC has used the trademark Shazam! to promote the property since 1972, instead of the name "Captain Marvel". Consequently, Captain Marvel himself has often been referred to as "Shazam", leading to DC to rename the character during their New 52 relaunch in 2012.[4]"
So in other words, yes DC did have the character first, but Marvel trademarked the name first. So....yeah.

Also, Ms. Marvel is now (it may have changed by now) called Captain Marvel.
Also, DC's wizard is still called Shazam as well.

TEW 2013 is pretty hard...
You can't push anyone without getting crappy ratings...
Hell I got a 65 on my match between Damien Sandow and Randy Orton. What the hell?

Shazam is a pretty lame character anyway. Unless you're a hipster.
Marvel spends a lot of time slapping the title of Captain Marvel onto it's heroes to keep the license agreements, that's why there have been so many Marvel's since Mahr Vehl died. Carol finally got the title and with a new Ms. Marvel in the making, it appears that she won't be dropping the moniker anytime soon. Hallelujah.
I don't think DC put up that big a fight because really, who knew Shazam's name was Captain Marvel prior to being told so by one of his fanboys anyway.

Apparently in my TEW game CM Punk and some random referee bonded after finding out that they both loved meditating.
Punk loving meditation? Show loving Swedish film? Gene Okerlund loving motorbikes? What has my world come to...

That is the best opinion on the "Captain Marvel" name I've ever heard. I personally am not a fan of Ms. Marvel or Captain Marvel (DC or Marvel) though. Also, most of the people that I've ever talked to, called him Shazam (hell there are even DC cards that I have from a long time ago, before the law suit, that called him "Shazam!" Apparently in my TEW game CM Punk and some random referee bonded after finding out that they both loved meditating. Punk loving meditation? Show loving Swedish film? Gene Okerlund loving motorbikes? What has my world come to... I can actually see Punk loving meditation, personally. Not so much the Big Show or Gene Okerlund ones, but nonetheless.
