I was paraphrasing, but yeah, you did. You didn't say "cool your jets," but you said something having the same meaning. So where did this happen? Well should I start with when he asked a simple question (something along the lines of "My controller doesn't seem to be working, anybody have any ideas to try and fix it?) and you started making your jokes (which I have no problem with) and he said "this is not the time for your humor," meaning he was asking you to stop, and you replied with: I don't need humor right now. I get depressed when my controller stops working too... Then I bash it against my head until I feel better and realize that I shouldn't get mad over such a simple inevitability. Or when you said: It's better than the round clump of fruity plastic that's an XBox 360 controller. smh Kiss a turtle WK. No it's not. Also calm down, it's nothing to get that upset over. Then, after that point, you asked him his age. He obviously didn't want to tell you.....or else he would've. He asked why you wanted to know so badly, and you said something like, "I've just been curious lately (especially after the controller incident)." Which is more or less getting at, "after you got mad over something I feel is petty, I've been thinking you were a bit immature and wanted to know if your age is the reason why." Then, after he blatantly didn't tell you his age for a reason, after a lot of his posts kept asking, his age......after he was basically trying to get you to stop asking him....

That last quote I was legitimately telling him to calm down after he got mad at Wildknight because Wild had asserted the Xbox 360's superior controller design. Also I didn't just think it was a petty thing for him to get upset over. He posted about how he got so mad over such a simple thing that he got snot all over his sleeves from crying. For one, you don't post about that on the Internet, and two even you have to admit that it's childish to cry over a broken controller.

I can see the PS controller being great for people who make heavy use of the D-Pad. Otherwise, I prefer the X360.

For one, you don't post about that on the Internet, and two even you have to admit that it's childish to cry over a broken controller. Who are you to tell him what to post and what not to post? And I'm not going to judge him for being childish one time. He's a teenager, it's expected. Just like I expect (and receive) the immaturity from you sometimes. Either way, he did nothing wrong, and you continuously kept bothering him about his age after he was specifically avoiding telling you. The reasons, I don't know, nor do I care. One should respect one's privacy. I surely wouldn't tell you my age if you asked me. I would answer the question with some made up answer (actually I've done that a few times, and I always give a different answer), but I'd never give anybody my actual age. Anyways, if you have any further problem with the situation (both you and iodill), message me. I've spoken to you both about it through pm at this point, and there was a reason for that. The threads aren't a place to harass, nor sass back to each other. If one doesn't like the other, I ask you to just avoid conversation with each other until it's worked out. Thank you.

This was the to the fact that my controller showed no signs of wearing out due to old age. When I get frustrated to a certain point, I cry. People are different. Not everyone is like you and reacts like this: "My controller isn't functioning. This is quite odd, being that it worked swell the last time I used it. Okay." Not everyone is robotically indifferent. As for the WK response, all I said was "kiss a turtle". What sounds so serious and angry about, "kiss a turtle"?

For the turtle thing: It suggests that he is into inter-special sex which is incredibly taboo. It's along the same line of telling someone to go f*** their sister. As for the other part, I really can't comprehend why someone would get so frustrated that they would cry just because a 25-50 dollar material object of theirs stopped working. It makes no sense to me, and even as a child I would have been completely indifferent about it. Quite frankly it's a childish reaction that one your age should not really so actively engage in. Crying is fine, but crying over something so pointless and then posting about how you cried over it one the Internet of all places? I mean at some point you have to develop common sense and grow up.

I can't really say much for losing control at times. My temper tends to get out of hand.

I've had a good cry a time or two. I don't over anything material though. Usually when something material of mine goes bad, like I said, I lose my temper and throw things, breaking them as well.

Which was what I did. Except, I didn't convert my frustration into, " FUCK Sony and these fucking crappy controllers" and cried instead, that's all.

I can't really say much for losing control at times. My temper tends to get out of hand. Someone who understands... I understand losing control sometimes, I used to have problems with it(and occasionally still do). I developed heredital anger problems that have plagued my family for generation upon generations. I have learned to control it to a point where instead of letting it control me I use it to emphasize points, or make it clear to someone that I'm tired of them being a nuisance. I can easily keep my anger subsided and just let it out at anytime to suit my needs. The thing about me is that I don't really feel, I just know, if that makes sense. I don't feel but I know when I'm angry. I don't feel sadness, but I know when I'm sad. I don't feel any emotions I just know that I have them and that I can manipulate them at will or just completely stop them. It's kind of hard to explain.

I once punched a door after one of my PS2 slims died. Bloodied up my knuckles pretty bad. I wouldn't have done it though if it weren't for my cousin going all fan boy on my a**. He kept saying "you should stick with Nintendo, that's what you get for buying sony."

Either way, that's f'd up...
