Hey Tom how did you like that survival mission this time around? Your character is hot by the way. Pretty cool, I was super surprised I took down the heli with my Sh*tty weapons though.... My health bar was pretty close to being empty. Uh... Thanks I guess Lol the first time we played your character was an attractive redhead in a halter top which I didn't expect. But yeah we were so close to beating that survival mission that when you were taking on the helicopter I was watching and freaking out trying to type out "NOO!!! GET BEHIND THE BUILDING AND TAKE YOUR TIME! THEY CAN'T REALLY GET YOU BACK THERE! CHECK YOUR INVENTORY FOR SNACKS!!!" Lol. Yet you beat it, which was pretty incredible. I thought for sure that thing was going to take you out. Another thing I forgot to tell you is that you don't get the assault rifle- the standby gun that you see most of us using- until you reach the early to mid 20s. If I recall correctly you were below that when we worked together before which would be another reason why you didn't last as long.

Yeah, Dude those messages you started sending me freaked me out even more. Im still amazed by the fact I didn't die once during that entire survival mission, I really should have the amount of times I was millimeters away from death on my health bar

You should have. That's why I was sending you the messages. I was watching you and thinking "Tom, NO! DON'T WALK OUT INTO THE OPEN!" lol. The mission is actually doable by yourself if you stick behind that building and are careful about going back and forth to each side. I did all ten waves by myself a little earlier today but it's lame that they actually give you LESS RP for doing it without assistance. Then again you do make up for it by getting all the kill points I suppose. Just after that Second Coming / Booze Lightyear / hosted a game on the same survival map and I joined in by wave 10. The good spots were taken and I got gunned down pretty quickly, but they still won so my 90 seconds of participation won me $20,000 dollars just a few minutes later. XD Of course then I did a couple more with him and my PS3 magically froze halfway through the game, then a little while after that my friend called and kept me distracted for the rest of the game.

Mike, what do you think of my new title on the forums?
To stay on-topic. Going to play some GTA this week and download the new DLC.

Glad to know I'm not the only one who plays women a lot in games(Usually as an alternate to my main character). My main character is almost an old guy that looks incredibly ugly.

I've actually seen probably a dozen female GTA characters who, judging from their screen names, are males. Whenever there's a game that lets you customize your character I always tend to make it a male because it's easiest for me to identify with, but I use female characters in other scenarios quite often. I run across a lot of female characters in State of Decay and use them just as often as the males (if not more so) and in Skyrim I use a mod that lets me run around with dozens of followers / travel companions and the overwhelming majority of those are female.
Cozza, I think Aubrey made the right choice in randomly choosing you as his successor. Shame for him that they decided to let you do the job from Australia after telling him that he couldn't do the same job from four hours away, but them's the breaks.

They chose me because i engage with the community and am always online. Seemed like a smart choice.

Well got my girl a apartment with a 10 car garage, got her a few cars to. Has that car that looks like a modern Charger, has the buggy type vehicle from the beach pack dlc, and has a Bati 801RR.
Looking at the upgrades I see everything isn't depended on rank, some stuff you have to race to unlock it. I didn't mind this before the latest patch as I always raced anyway, but now that races are reduced to basically a huge waste of time, I'm bummed I got to actually do them.

I don't like races so I too was irritated that a bunch of mods can only be unlocked by playing (and winning) them. If you (or anyone else with this issue) would like to play in a closed session online and trade some wins on the Criminal Records race (which, if played with only a single lap, takes 30 seconds to finish) let me know, I'll never get this stuff unlocked otherwise and would be happy to help someone in kind.

I wouldn't mind that if we can catch each other online. Up until Christmas I'm sharing this game with my little brother, so times I'm on could be inconsistent.

I'll probably try it alone after I've leveled up some more and can get some better weapons, All the other Survival maps have similar locations as well, all except the Industrial Plant map Here's a link to those spots gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/136801/what-is-the-best-defense-strategy-for-survival-in-grand-theft-auto-online

Yeah just got blown away hardcore last night in the industrial map. Thanks for the link, it might come in handy. I successfully did another solo Boneyard survival so while it CAN definitely be done by only one person it does get pretty hairy at some points, but it's good practice.
Thanks Justin, if you see me online (check your friend list from time to time while in game) feel free to jump in, I often do solo or friend sessions and would jump into one straight away if it meant that I could trade some races and get all this stupid good car stuff unlocked.
