No, that's my point. A good heel is someone that people want to see, even if they want to see them get beaten. Most of the WWE's audience doesn't want to see ADR at all. He's got what they call "X-Pac Heat" As far as him being a good wrestler; no, he's not 8) X-Pac heat? What's that mean? What's with all the X-Pac references WK? X-Pac Heat: This happened after the DX split, maybe after the kane storyline. I don't recall it's been years. Anyway, basically the fans don't like you. Not because you're a great character, not because they want to see you lose, because they want you to go away.

X-Pac heat? What's that mean? What's with all the X-Pac references WK? They used to call it Bossman Heat but then Bossman died and it seemed rude. "X-Pac Heat" is legit fan hatred. "Heat" is popularity for bad guys. It's the guys that people love to hate. "X-Pac Heat" just means people hate you period. didn't help that he was working as "X-Pac" even though D-X wasn't a thing anymore. kinda odd we're seeing that with NAO now..

But but... he was with "X-Factor", so that made the name still made sense. Or something.
I dunno, I liked the stable, I liked Pac as a wrestler, and I even liked their theme except that it should never have been a wrestling theme... but audiences HATED X-Factor. Like... real sincere wishing suffering on them hatred.

That would be a shame. I hope he leaves if for no other reason than to be another blow to the WWE. Seriously, they need shit to be piled on right now so they're finally forced to develop some concern and rethink the crap strategy that they've had in place for the better part of the last decade.

WWE losing Del Rio won't hurt them in the slightest, most of us will throw a party when he's gone. It will help WWE if anything as fans won't be forced to sit though a Del Rio segment no more.

ADR leaving would hurt WWE in Mexico. The reason he's pushed so hard is for the Mexican audience which, apparently, cannot watch WWE TV unless there is a Mexican Main Eventer

Pat Patterson would talk about when he worked in San Francisco, the Samoan population would be out in force whenever the High Chief was on the card..

I understand the concept, I just think it's ridiculous. Maybe as a white guy, I'm overly sensitive about this, but I can guaran-damn-tee you that if I said "I don't know, if there's not a white guy in the Main Event, I'm not watching..." people would (correctly) call me a racist. So why is it okay for others? Double standards and racism always go hand in hand.

I liked ADR out of the gate. He is a very good worker. His gimmick just fell flat very quick. His face push was embarrassing. And now should just adopt the moniker Los Vanilla El Bland.

Well as a Black guy would I like a Black guy in the main event? Yes I would, however it doesn't stop me for cheering white dudes in the main event. Part of the problem is there are a lack of Black guys that in my opinion have what it takes to be a main eventer. Could I see R-truth as a bonafide main event star? Not really. Now thats not to say that there haven't been main event type guys Booker T was a fine main eventer in my opinion.
The problem isn't race it's talent and maybe writing. Not every Black guy likes to rap or steal stuff. It's lazy development in my mind.

O'Neil did look good, but I don't think he's got Main Event stuff. Big E. is more likely to Main Event than O'Neil.

O'Neil is athletic, Big E is just....big.. I agree. And that's why WWE is more likely to push E. than they are O'Neil 8) O'Neil is also undeniably more charismatic. Still not going to matter. Let's take a look, shall we? Who did WWE choose to push?
