Does Christian have any career ending injuries that I don't know about, or are you guys just saying that the AE may have taken a toll on his body?

To be fair, in Christian's case... without those TLC matches, his career would be nowhere anyway. He owes everything he has to ladders and crazy bumps

I love Christian as a performer. Will it be sad to watch him leave? Yeah, it was when Edge did the same. Do I think leaving is his best option? Yeah. He doesn't get used. He has been in the business for years now. I don't think he has the fanbase that he once had, so it's not like they can really use him for anything. At this point, I feel like he has done everything he can do, honestly. Unfortunately, I don't he him being inducted into the HoF as quickly as Edge was neither. Pretty much my thoughts, one of my favs but if he hangs it up it's probably for the best.

Further proof WWE doesn't care about Christian that much is that they let TNA have him for one night so they could induct Flair into the HOF with the horsemen. Not that bad until you consider the fact that Christian basically begged WWE not to let him appear on TNA again.

Also, when it comes to Haven, I've tried to get into it but I've found it's tough to become interested, at least for me.

I'll be sad to see Christian go. He's one of my favorite workers and also my most played guy in the games.
I hope he signs a legends deal so his character can remain in the games with Edge's, and so he can show up occasionally. It will suck if he severs all ties with WWE completely.

Edge isn't actually signed to any form of contract that's how he's allowed to appear at Indie shows. His one off appearances are usually done on a "handshake" basis. The reason he is in the games is because, much like many other legends he works out a deal with 2K.

Don't they need some type of contract to be in the HoF? I believe they do.

Some guys with Legend contracts can appear in indy shows, it all depends on the individual contract

You don't need a Legends contract to go into the HoF... but it helps. At minimum, McMahon requires that people be in good standing with the company (which only stands to reason)

At minimum, McMahon requires that people be in good standing with the company (which only stands to reason) So it's possible that Edge still isn't signed to a legends contract. I think he's reasoning for not signing was that he wanted to be independent as most Legends contract signees have to get approval from WWE to make an appearance.

I thought that there was a special "Hall of Fame" contract (different than the Legends contract)...guess I was wrong, lol.

The Edge not signing thing was after his HOF Induction. His contract expired on 30th of April 2012 (I googled it).
