That's your right dude, but it was a really racist gimmick. I mean, at one point they literally had those dudes threatening to "choppy choppy" Val Venis' "peepee." Tony Atlas' WWF gimmick. He was a Ugandan tribal warrior. I guess you could count Kamala in the same boat. That stuff doesn't bother me. Maybe it should, but "characters" are part of wrestling and you're obviously not going to have a white dude playing an African tribal warrior...  ... okay, nobody but Vince would have a white guy playing an African tribal warrior. 8) My problem with Cryme Tyme was that their "characters" were designed to play up to the worst stereotypes of black people |

WWE is full of crap like that unfortunately, while I still like them and I liked their stuff with Taka Mitchinoku it was extremely racist. |

Akeem was dressed in the garb of the "New African" movement of the 80's, except in brighter colors because wrestling fans need bright colors or something. As is typical of every iteration of the "New Nubian/New African/African Revival" movement throughout American history, none of it was based on anything that was legitimately African in nature. 8)

Video quality is pretty decent on my phone, I can actually do some coding work while being tuned into wrestling. I'm a happy man.
