And why does he fight villains a lot? Usually it's either out of self-preservation, OR just because it's fun for him to do so. Strangely enough tons of villains have done the same thing for the same reasons. Booster Gold does that same exact thing as well... Booster Gold is the Zack Ryder of DC (if i remember correctly he's in DC isn't he?). |

Whether his goal to do good is irrelevant. Uh. What? Anti-Heroes are defined by their motivations. Yeah, no he didn't. Ever. At all. I'm a huge Booster Gold fan. You're barking up the wrong tree here. Booster was never ever anything like Deadpool. It's a ridiculous argument to even try to make. Booster is a hero who happened to want to be famous and wealthy. He has never killed anyone, stolen just for the sake of taking something, ignored an innocent in need because he would rather be on TV, or otherwise done anything for you to justify your statements. Deadpool by contrast is a raving psychopath who kills not just when it's convenient, but for literally no reason at all, and is motivated by nothing other than his own base desires. |

Lobo actually is a much more similar character to Deadpool. Ironically, Lobo is an intentional parody of Wolverine, and Deadpool is basically Wolverine turned all the way up to 11. |
