No problem. But i don't know how more i can live in this country (just to say why i want to leave my homeland:They want people to pay bills but don't actually pay the ones who meant to be paying (idunno if this sentence makes any sense), The ones without a job get's more money who does, Gypsies galore (right now i'm not being racist (well or being half racist if tat's a term) because i'm half gypsy and even i'm sick of them..., if you can't pay the dorm/university they make you sign a contract that you will not leave the country for five years.) I would tell you to come here, but America's time is just about over, and the biggest reason is that we've become exactly what you just described... sans the gypsies I guess. Also America has Gypsies in "him" (i guess) so be ready for America dying...

Have many countries had more than 1 civil war? France, England, China, Russia, and a few others I believe... Also technically America...

Have many countries had more than 1 civil war? ... how many Civil Wars do you think the U.S. has had young man? It has had 1. Which, if it is often that past superpowers have had second civil wars, then it is likely that we will too. The world follows a cycle.

I think Steve was asking that to assess the likelihood of the US entering another civil war.

I don't see another Civil War here. People are too complacent now. As long as the Government continues to provide bread & circuses, not enough people are going to get angry and fight back. Like Rome, we're going to fall to foreign powers. I suspect within the next 100 years or so.

As I told to the high school Constitution Club the other day, that plane was clearly hijacked by the Chinese and holds their entire population. It will land in an American airport and BOOM, China is inside of us.

If there were clowns, they were just as terrified of being there as everyone else. 8)

Nah, publicly subsidized bloodsport is one of the only good things about cultural decline. When you start seeing stories about the UFC getting money from the public coffers, you know we're in the final decline.

Most importantly they would need an ally to attack us from another side, effectively splitting our forces. If they fought us entirely from one side it would be a rather hopeless struggle.

Attacking any well-armed nation on it's home turf is a really bad idea, historically speaking. I can't imagine any reason for anyone to actively invade the U.S. at this point. Applying economic and social pressure is far more effective.

Russia seems to be taking the social front.

But yeah, The possibility of the US going into another civil war are highly unlikely. The government would have to do something so egregious that all Americans would be sent into an utter uproar...
Why am I even suggesting that there's a possibility that this could happen? The government kills innocent American civilians and a few people get mad about it on the Internet before moving on to the next scandal. The government lets American ambassadors die and all that anyone cares about is how such a thing could advance their party in the next election. People are never going to take a stand, they'll just wave around empty threats, sitting in their comfy home, regularly paying their bills and taxes, sending their kids to a government owned school. By this point I think the only possibility of a civil war ever happening is if the US decided to bomb an American city.
