What Ben Affleck movie is being referenced? I wasn't aware of any one single film that people hated him for.

People may have disliked Daredevil but it was definitely Gigli. I don't know how but for a minute I'd forgotten the sheer hatred that was lavished upon Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, not just for that movie (which by all accounts was atrocious) but for the media spectacle that surrounded the relationship that they were in at the time.
If for nothing else I hate it because it was the first instance of the gossip rags thinking that they were being cute by cramming two names together to fashion a tragically unhip, maddeningly annoying, thoroughly unnecessary new celebrity buzzword. In this case "Bennifer".
