In general conversation, etc. players may post freely. HOWEVER. the general rule is this; as soon as ANYBODY spends stones to do something, you move into "action time" which means that each player gets one post per page. It doesn't matter if the stones are spent into Social Skills to convince and NPC to talk, into Acrobatics to sneak around a base, or into Close Combat to throw a punch... all of these things qualify as "action."
