Wanda looks terrible. Quicksilver is missing his lightning design. I'm very nitpicky when it comes to costume design, but if the actual artists would get the frickin' suits correct I wouldn't have to be such a hardass.

Erm...Quicksilver is totes not wearing a wig. Why does he have a beard and sideburns with black hair you ask? Probs has to do with his mutation.

Eh, Chris Jericho's beards were darker than his locks of victory, I wouldn't put too much thought into Pietro's beard.
He's scruffy because he's a man. Real men have beards. But his hair does look incredibly ridonkulous.

Say Namor reverts back to marvel next year. Who do you cast as him. I'm not sure about his age but my first choice would be eric bana. Put him in training regimen for 6 months and bam you got namor. They look alike to me and bana is a good actor as well.
EDIT: never mind bana is 45
