I didn't knew he is coming back... they don't even let him relax on his 5 years of vacation...

What's the point in him being dead if he can still plague the music industry.

I wish Dio came out with another album after he died...

I imagine it is like what Led Zeppelin did. They released a few albums with songs they never put in the main four albums after John Bonham died.

Posthumous albums aren't a new thing at all, but I don't personally remember the last time that it took this long for someone to produce one. You'd think that if they were going to capitalize on his death by releasing "new" material they would have done it right away.

They didn't find the songs until I believe 4 months after he died. Also, the songs are from many ages, I believe, not just recorded ones as a the white man. But, they're modernizing them, so don't expect them to be motown either.

This was obviously going to happen... I can't think of a single person/group/band that hasn't had music released after their death/a death.
2 Pac, B.I.G, John Lennon, Led Zeppelin, Marvin Gaye, Queen, Aaliyah, Lisa Left Eye' Lopez, Luther Vandross, Ect. Hell even Michael Jackson has had songs released after his death (This Is It)...... Christ Michael even had an album released after his death already (Michael in 2010)
Why this is making the news is beyond me.

To be fair Michael Jackson hadn't been Motown for years anyway.
Didn't "find" the songs until 4 months after he died. What, were they stuck under his bed? Anyway it's probably just 75 minutes of his family arguing over his estate.

It's not really that it's making the news, it's that he's way more important than literally ALL of those people, even if you dont' like him. Also, you forgot the most important one...Johnny Cash. Also, This is It wasn't an after-death release. He made it and died after it was made and planned. These songs are songs that he recorded and wrote on his free time as opposed to being part of a CD. I do however agree that they happen all of the time. To be fair Michael Jackson hadn't been Motown for years anyway. Didn't "find" the songs until 4 months after he died. What, were they stuck under his bed? Anyway it's probably just 75 minutes of his family arguing over his estate. No, they were his personal recordings that he didn't allow anybody to use. They didn't care to reveal it until 4 months after his death, they probably found them before that, but that's when they announced they found them.

The immediate posthumous albums I expect, but releasing a new one now doesn't really seem relevant.

Also, I didn't forget Johnny Cash, Simply chose to not mention him, I didn't know all those names off the top of my head I had a list handy.

Johnny Cash made a song with his daughter called September When It Comes. It's basically about dying and includes lines like "I cannot move the mountains now, I can no longer run" and "They will fly me like an angel to a place where I can rest". It was released before Johnny Cash died....in September.

YEARS before the movie (before thriller) and Had literally nothing to do with the movie. It was going to be released with the "This Is It" tour & Was shelved after his death as an un-mastered song. It wasn't until September of that year (a month after his death) that they decided to release it to coincide with the release of the "This Is It" Movie. It was mastered and remixed a little, after his death, Meaning that only after his death was the song 100% finished and ready for public release, That also means "This Is It" was indeed an after death song.
