Cats are amazing animals. Your life is sadder for not understanding that. They are, But that doesn't mean that aren't also dicks I propose to you that people are dicks because they have the capacity to know better and still behave the way they do. Cats are not dicks, they are simply cats. They don't have the capacity to act outside of their nature and impulses. |

Cat's are dicks anyway, what go's around comes around. What would be awful is stuffing a puppy dog into that position. .....dogs are gross and irritating for the most part. Though, I have had a dog or two that I've liked. Cats are great. they are lovable and playful. I know a lot of people say their cats are lazy, never do anything, and they are always hiding. I've never had a cat like that so I'm usually thinking in my head that they just didn't take care of the cat or pay enough attention to them, so the cat didn't do either back..... Dogs and Cats can be dicks... Any pet can be a dick when not treated right. Also it's fact that cats are lazy, It's a well known fact that they sleep for around 2/3 of the day, But as you say, they are lovable and playful. It's usually other peoples cats that are a pain in the ass, Our next door neighbors cat is always shitting in our garden tearing up my mums plants and just fucking up our garden in general. |

Everybody/thing can be a dick as long as it has a personality. Cats aren't lazy, because they sleep for 2/3 of the day. They have totally different lifestyles. Cats don't have the same body system, so when we sleep for 8 hours (the recommended sleep rate for humans), we rest up quicker than a cat does in that amount of time. The healthy point for cats is 15 hours a day. The average rate of sleep for humans is 9 hours (I believe) and the average rate for cats is 20 hours (which is a five hour difference to the recommended, but again, you need to pay attention to the calculations and conversions). On a semi-related note: I have a cat named "Storm" (named after the Marvel character) that is up all of the time. She is quite odd. She hardly ever sleeps, which I may need to get her checked out, lol. |

I've had a few cats I've liked, but generally I find dogs are better. I've had a few cats turn mean and I can assure you it damn well wasn't me, don't know if it was someone else in my house hold or not. Or maybe I just have bad luck picking out cats, as the dogs hasn't turned mean.

There's some kind of weird enzyme that a lot of cats carry in their saliva (so it gets on their claws and everywhere else) that can cause a pretty serious infection.
