i had no interest in lex when he joined the horesmen. it seemed to me even then he wasn't good enough to work within that group, never seemed good enough for that shine. The Horsemen had a lot of third rate members of the years. Paul Roma is a massive putz.

Post of the day? Lookit that, everyone's stealing a piece of the Ratguy. ... because you invented the phrase "post of the day"? As far as its popular usage on these forums? You better believe it. You'll be hearing from my attorneys soon. They represented Paris Hilton when she sued for usage of the term "that's hot". Your millions are as good as mine.

I want to argue the point because they weren't my favorite lineup... but my favorite lineup had Steve McMichael, who wasn't worth the material his trunks were made out of, so I think I'll have to defer to you. That is a very talent-heavy lineup, while I primarily like the 90's lineup because A) I watched them live as opposed to after the fact, and B) Chris Benoit.

Flair, Anderson, Benoit and Malenko was a pretty good line up too, but the world knew they were there to get run over by the nWo.. you almost forget (or blocked it out in my case) that sid was a horseman.

I liked the Flair, Anderson, Benoit and Malenko lineup myself. Pure wrestling talent right there. Though I do feel that Barry Windham is somewhat underrated.

I have heard from several people whom I generally respect in terms of their opinions on wrestling ability that Windham was very talented, but I never see it when I watch his matches. I don't know what I'm missing, but I'm willing to believe that he was a good worker purely based on the number of voices saying so and the fact that I've never seen any evidence that he's a bad worker or anything. Personally I'm just more or less indifferent to him. He strikes me as a less sloppy JBL (which is not a compliment in my mind)

Though I do feel that Barry Windham is somewhat underrated. the horsemen should be heels, going up against the nWo caused he opposite to be true. talented as all get out, but as faces not so much and indeed on the Windham underrated bit. his broadways with Flair, matches with Dr. Death, and a very overlooked NWA title match with Muta. Windham will never get the credit he deserves.

I don't think there's any need to say what happened on this day in wrestling today, lol.

I can't believe it's only been 15 years since Owen died. It seems like he's been gone so much longer.
