Oh, and I agree that Gosling has a great look for Murdock while we're at it. I don't think he'd do it though, he seems to prefer art films

I really liked Dinklage as Trask, even though he was clearly just cast because he's a big deal right now. The guy is a great actor, unfortunately limited by his condition. I just thought of a great casting choice for daredevil. Ben foster would be awesome as Murdock

Foggy Marvel and Netflix are proud to announce that acclaimed actor Elden Henson has joined "Marvel’s Daredevil," an all-new 13-episode series premiering on Netflix in 2015. With a diverse body of acclaimed work, including the “Hunger Games” and “Mighty Ducks” franchises, Elden Henson will play Foggy Nelson, Matt Murdock’s best friend and legal partner. In a town full of crime and corruption, Foggy's friendship to the community and passion for improving it have made him a friend to its many residents from all walks of life. Henson joins Charlie Cox (previously announced as Matt Murdock), Vincent D’Onofrio (previously announced as Wilson Fisk) and Rosario Dawson in the critically-lauded cast of "Marvel’s Daredevil." “Elden plays one of the most important characters in the world of 'Marvel’s Daredevil,' and we’re thrilled to see Foggy Nelson brought to life by such an incredibly talented actor,” said Jeph Loeb, Marvel’s Head of Television. “He perfectly captures the heart and soul of this series, bringing an added resonance to Matt Murdock’s fight against the injustice in their great city. "Marvel’s Daredevil" follows the journey of Matt Murdock, who was blinded as a young boy but imbued with extraordinary senses, now fighting against injustice by day as a lawyer, and by night as the super hero Daredevil in modern day Hell's Kitchen, New York City. Marvel’s first original series on Netflix is Executive Produced by series Showrunner Steven S. DeKnight (“Spartacus”, “Buffy: The Vampire Slayer”, “Angel”) and Drew Goddard ("Cabin in the Woods," "Lost," "Buffy The Vampire Slayer", in addition to writing the first two episodes of Daredevil), along with Marvel TV’s Jeph Loeb (“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,” “Smallville,” “Heroes”). "Marvel’s Daredevil" is produced by Marvel Television in association with ABC Studios for Netflix. For more information on "Marvel’s Daredevil," and the other exciting new Marvel Television series coming to Netflix, stay tuned to Marvel.com. I dig the casting in this

It really is. One of the best casting choices for a comic character i think. I wonder how he feels knowing he was the best choice for a fat goofy loveable turd like foggy.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if they kill him in the series, especially if they're going for "edgy" which is what I suspect will happen.

A Teen Titans one-off would be pretty successful.

If dc were smart they would get the teen titans on like a one time tv special or right to Netflix movie or something The problem is that fans are only really familiar with a version of the Titans that doesn't even exist by current DC standards. Dick Grayson was never a Titan in the new timeline, neither was Cyborg, etc.

I don't think they are clearly following the new 52 to a T. They already have a established batman so the bat family cant be far away. Could get cyborg in it. Could be a good way to establish wally and 3 movies in they could do final crisis. They could build wally similarly to the way marvel is building bucky. Tons of foreshadowing and tons of teaching.

I don't think they are clearly following the new 52 to a T. They're not, but from a marketing perspective, it would make no sense to create something in the movies that people can't go read about in the comics. That's part of why Marvel has had so much trouble with it's cinematic universe. MCU Fury was black, so the old, white Fury had to disappear and be suddenly replaced by a bald black guy with the exact same name...
