So what are the odds of the defenders( daredevil, iron fist, Luke cage, Jessica jones) showing up in avengers 3?
Aren't the guardians supposed to show up? Avengers 3 could turn into superhero smorgis board

Avengers 3 will probably not have some, if any, of the current team though, Marvel has already said that. |

Avengers 3 will probably not have some, if any, of the current team though, Marvel has already said that. I remember reading they were gonna shoot hulk off into space after avengers 2. They were gonna do a planet hulk movie. I could see it happing since they showed hulk fighting the hulk buster in concept art. Plus joss said A2 will be darker and more personal. I have strong feeling that cap will be dying. I'm not sure how they will write off iron man. I wouldn't mind seeing rdj show up as tony without the suits just to put his two cents in. It seems like tony was always around doing something |

If I remember correctly (which I may not) Evens signed for 6 movies in total. Meaning he only has like 2 movies left (after Avengers 2). I may be wrong though.

Maybe they will give Rhodes his due as IM Evans has a contract extension. I was just reading about this. He or Marvel can opt out, but he had 6 guaranteed and 4 options. He did an interview when the 2nd Cap movie released indicating that he thought he'd be in a third installment of Captain America.. I don't have any use for Paltrow either. My understanding is that she's in the movies because Favreau likes her. I really hope that Rhodes doesn't become Iron Man, even though I love War Machine in the comics. Don Cheadle is a fantastic actor, but he's not right to carry the IM franchise. It needs to be someone with more "oomph" |

A group called the Illuminatti (Professor X, Blackbolt, Iron Man, Reed Richards, and Namor, I believe) decide that for the good of humanity, they need to rid the world of The Hulk (as if he's the most dangerous thing in the Marvel Universe, but whatever), so they put him on a rocket ship and launch him into deep space on a trajectory where he'll eventually crash into a planet with lifeforms that are supposedly able to survive The Hulk's destructive powers. The Hulk lands there, becomes a gladiator, becomes a King, has a soon, and eventually leads his army of Hulk-like aliens back to Earth to get revenge (but that last part was World War Hulk, an even stupider storyline than Planet Hulk) Insert soon saying "but it was justifiable that Hulk took out everybody on Marvel earth because he was angrier than he'd ever been before!", followed by me rolling my eyes. |

If they're booting Avengers, they'll probably follow the comics and get rid of Thor and Hulk. The Hulk was permanently The Hulk and Banner was just "trapped inside." |

Haha in all honesty I didn't know that as I've never had huge access to comics, I just know the character of Squirrel Girl and assumed one of the big villains she's beat was Galactus, strange that she hasn't I think. We all know she could do it. |

There's actually a pretty decent Planet Hulk animated film that covers a lot of this, though I think it changed the way Hulk gets launched into space in order to not make so many top Marvel heroes/leaders look like the raging bunch of pricks that they actually are in the comics.
