No rules against the word "F**k". Now, "trouble", that's a whole different story.

What is it that you're disbelieving now? i think he's pretty much downplaying/disbelieving the entire game informer article mostly i guess cause 2k14 was a bust in most areas and they forced mania mode down our throats. But like i said, you can't compare this to the 2k14 campaing, first, Aubrey and Cory are gone.. which is a good step in the right direction. Secondly, VC is working with Yukes so hopefully 2k will be cracking the whip on Yukes to ensure they don't fuck up. (i can say fuck up and not get in trouble right? LOL) Wrong. As always. I said I'll believe it when I see it. I told you that 2K14 was going to be a wash. Unlike what you said last year. Sorry for not jumping for joy like everyone else is over there. I haven't seen anything so why should I be jumping for joy as if this is some ground breaking news? We all knew the graphical leap was going to be great. So why the excitement?

... I don't think that 2K14 was a wash. I play it 2 or 3 times every week...

All I do everyday is play WWE 2k14. It is my life... until 2K15 comes around.

I said on the 2K boards that I'll believe it when I see it. Nothing remotely negative. But jaispeed being jaispeed takes everything I say out of context. Where is this article of which you speak? Here it is: Last year's WWE 2K14 was too far along when 2K Games took on the license from THQ for it to make many big changes, but now there's no holding back. WWE 2K15 will be the new-gen debut of the series on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One (in addition to PS3 and 360). Developer Visual Concepts is taking on a much bigger role this time around alongside longtime developer Yukes. Visual Concepts is incorporating its impressive scanning tech made famous in its NBA 2K games. The team has hounded WWE's roster of wrestlers during their nonstop travel schedule and already has 90 percent of the in-game roster scanned in. Interestingly, I saw a photo of Hulk Hogan getting scanned. While a classic version of him is in the game (alongside announced wrestlers John Cena, Bray Wyatt, Roman Reigns, and Cesaro), it's unclear what role today's older Hulk would serve. Maybe he shows up for a hosting role as he did for the recent Wrestlemania XXX. This new tech is already showing impressive results. I saw side-by-side character models for wrestlers like John Cena, A.J. Lee, and Daniel Bryan, and they all looked leaps and bounds closer to their real-life counterparts. Hair, skin, faces, and ring gear are all majorly upgraded. VC is capturing a variety of facial expressions so that wrestlers will express more realistic emotions in the ring. A John Cena facial rig demo showed off lifelike expressions of pain, excitement, and exertion. The ultimate goal of all this is to closer match WWE's TV presentation. I couldn't get any specifics on actual game mechanic changes, but Visual Concepts is working toward more realistic match pacing and flow. The key to all of this is a new mo-cap studio that contains an actual WWE ring set up by a real WWE ring technician. This will result in five times the number of animations than 2K14. A new months-later cutoff date for inclusion of the latest WWE content will help ensure that the game is that much closer to the latest roster and storylines. Audio is getting a complete overhaul as well, with five times the sound of last year's game. For the very first time announcers Jerry "The King" Lawler and Michael Cole will be recorded in tandem, creating more natural conversation threads. I heard a sample clip of the two discussing Undertaker's Hell's Gate submission and it already sounds much improved. There will be a massive 30 to 35 hours of commentary per announcer to keep things fresh and prevent hearing constant repeats. 2K is not discussing what the overall theme of the game is this year (previous years included Wrestlemania and the Attitude Era), nor did it show the full game in action. All of the details I heard sound promising, but it's tough to fully accept without further along footage. WWE 2K15 is set to launch on October 28, which doesn't leave a whole lot of time for all of the ambitious advances the team is planning. Despite these reservations, I'm looking forward to the next 2K15 reveal to see how the total package comes together. Email the author Bryan Vore, or follow on Twitter, and Game Informer.

I don't see what they said that you have difficulty believing. *shrugs*
I actually don't like what they have to say. "More realistic pacing and flow" = more sim BS

Meh, 2k14 is the main game I usually play. Though my addiction to wrestling is somewhat driving me away from it..... I blame WWE.

to respond to other posts within this one:
Wildknight yeah i love 2k14 there could be alot better things like universe improvements but imo it's the best so far same to Soondragon i feel the same way
as far as the pacing i don't know how i feel about that just yet... if the gameplay reverts back to a pre wwe12 feel where everything was completely slow including the grappling and running, i just don't think i could revert back to that. I tried to play svr11 again and after 3 days i ended up returning it. I just think that the gameplay we have is good (except for the fast striking) if slowergameplay is what the feel is a better experience they can leave me out of it.
and Raven i didn't necessarily jump on any hype train last year. Yeah i got the game on day one which is what i do every year and i was very vocal about them not putting emphasis on universe and caw mode.. ask anyone here or there that remembers how many times i got suspended from the forums and even blocked on twitter by aubrey because of my harsh comments regarding how they only seemed to care about that stupid mania mode which i didn't get 2 flying fucks about including catapult finishers. Again you can't discredit them, not just yet. Especially since 2k didn't want to release 2k14 last year anwyay but wwe insisted.. Yes there were things that got me to buy like the nWo dlc and the legends but if i had known that every time i tried to edit rivalries with more than 50 caws on my roster that it would freeze my console i wouldn't have bought it. I still have issues with that. It's gotten to the point that it's pointless to even have the extra 50 slots.

But as you see I didn't go on my normal end of the WWE gaming world rant as someone made it seem I'm not saying that you did. I just wanted to see what information was out there (which as it turns out is "not much"). I know a lot of people have been screaming about the graphics, but I honestly do not care. No Mercy had terrible graphics even by the standard of it's time, and was easily the wrestling game that I've invested the most time into playing.

But as you see I didn't go on my normal end of the WWE gaming world rant as someone made it seem no, maybe not, but you do make a point in almost every post to iterate that the game would be better if it was only on xb1/ps4.. LOL Just saying.. your words not mine! All i'm saying is wait till you see atleast a real trailer or some pics before deducing that it will be the same game we've had for the last 3-4 years. I have my concerns as well but i'll reserve them for until you or someone else plays a demo or some images/vids go up. When 2k14 vids came out last year i wasn't that much impressed and i felt i wouldn't be especially after thq died. I got it only cause i wanted a (as much current as possible) game to play but if it ends up being the same with updated rosters i'll just pass...

Besides, Raven.. you have to know that you earned a reputation for relentless negativity last year, so it's not like you should be surprised by people taking things you say as more dire than you intended.
