Reigns is in danger of becoming Cena lite. The guy need to open up his moveset WWE need to book him in single matches and not tag team matches. At some point he going to have to do more than 3 moves and once he made it then he can go back to only doing those 3 moves. He did single matches on Smackdown. All it was was him being beat down for the entire match despite being a "tough guy", then hitting the jumping clothesline, Superman punch and spear for the win. I don't watch Smackdown but just wanted to see his single matches to see if they were the predictable, boring crap I expected.

I watch Smackdown, and get disappointed when there are mass cheers in a Rusev/Langston segment even though the front 25 rows of the crowd are dead.

Yes. And he was the only member of the Shield to beat CM Punk in their feud. Ah, those were the days. Back in those days we only heard about Roman being held back every few weeks now we hear it every 30 seconds. Back in those Ambrose was the rumored one to turn heel.Back in those day the Real Americans were a good thing. Christian wasn't always hurt. Orton wasn't a punk. And RVD wasn't around. That all changed when Brock broke the Streak.

Reigns will likely be facing Orton soon, which is good. He'll have to open up a bit and Orton is good dance partner. I see no reason to believe he'll work with Orton any time soon. Also; feuding with Orton certainly didn't expand Cena's horizons any, so I don't know why it would with Reigns, either. The difference between Cena and Reigns is that you can go to YouTube and see that Reigns does know how to do quite a bit more than he is doing right now... which indicates that what he's doing is a conscious choice. I'm not sure why people are under the impression that he's using fewer moves than any other big star in the company right now, but the sad fact is that this is how guys get Over in the WWE. They trim their moveset down so that everything they do is identifiably "their own." Reigns is sticking out like a sore thumb in that regard right now not because he's a bigger culprit, but because he's hot and people want to see more. When he does start doing more, it won't be what people want/expect anyway. People want him to have 24 High Spots in his arsenal, and that's just not realistic. He's going to work more basic moves, like suplexes, back into his arsenal... not more high impact signatures.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they had Rollins attempt a cash-in on Cena, and Cena "Perseveres" through and beats him.
BUT, the better way to do it would be to have the next contender beat the shit out of Rollins and stop the cash-in, saying they want to beat Cena themselves. Of course, that plan doesn't absolutely suck ass, so WWE isn't going with it.
