I believe I had that house for a while starting off with character 1. But I can't deal with 2 cars. I hear you love always customizing your character tom, well I'm that way with cars. I just want more and more and to customize them. lol I found a Phoenix last night.. I was taking one of those cars to Simion (?) and it just randomly drove past me. Anyway, I also love customizing cars, I just don't think I'll ever feel the need to buy 10 Cars, I love customizing stuff but 10 Cars is just to many cars.... I'm also to cheap to spend 200K on a house, Especially with the lack of money received after finishing the missions.

Phoenix is a nice car, I have that car on character 1.
I wish Rockstar would just let us buy like a 50 car parking complex or something. I already has my women's garage nearly full, just got 1 spot saved for a very expensive car, and you can only het it by buying it (Stinger GT). Once I get that car, then rank her up so I can custimize the cars I have stored, I'll have 20 cars between 2 guys. And there are still cars I want, like the Sabre Turbo, Ruiner, and Comet. Though I think I'm going to sell some cars on character 1 to get those.
Actually I'm gonna go do that now. lol

Mountain climbing in my 4X4 Rebel. This was a fun image. 1) I almost drive off the cliff trying to park the truck there. 2) I almost died when I fell down the cliff trying to get a sight for the picture. 3) I'm almost unable to get back up to the truck. 4) When I get to the truck I almost reverse straight off the other side. Yep, very interesting photo that was. lol. Me and a friend trying to make it across a open river with a set of Sandkings. Did not make it. Me and a friend trying to cross another river with another set of Sandkings. Well... you gotta give us a A for effort at least. lol Hey look, I found some hippies. Picture of waves splashing off the rocks at a beach.

My New crib... It was $125,000 and it told me that as I already owned a property I could trade that in and save $47,000 on the new place, so i ended up paying $75,000 instead of $125,000.... It was a pleasant surprise The white car isn't mine, Im going to sell it for $9000, It's only in my garage because I had already sold a car shortly before finding this "Pervert Stare" Movie Poster on the wall Watching some TV

I kind of like these apartments better than the expensive ones, the one I have is a wee bit large and modern for my taste. The ones you've posted feel a little cozier.
I didn't think I'd need the ten-car garage either but it turns out that it's come in pretty handy. While I generally only use about three of my cars, I like keeping the others (like the pink Cadillac I talked about a while back) for show. Generally that's what you're paying for- the garages and the views- because once you hit $200,000 the apartments are all identical on the inside.

Yeah, If I ever reach the six car limit (I doubt i will), I'll buy one of those 10 Car garage apartments. I just really think I'm not going to have 5 cars let-alone 10 lol, It's mainly because I'm a really bad serial car thief, I've stolen cars from people when my car is right next to theirs, that's the reason that every time i turn on GTA Online i've got a bounty on me.

When you get a car, run over the NPC, take car to your garage or Los Santos Customs.
When I was first going for a apartment I was going to get the top one. I marked it off on the map and drove to look at it, and instantly said "no fucking way". I knew that area, a lot of trigger happy players use that house. I'm not going into no gun war every time I want to get my apartment.
So I choose a cheaper 10 car apartment, which was also closer to Los Santos Customs.
My first guy doesn't have a house, just a garage, and is pretty much just across the street from Los Santos Customs. The apartment my girl has is a little further away, but I felt like having more then a garage only with her.
Honestly, it would of been awesome of Rockstar took a page from Saint's Row 2. I loved in that game how you could upgrade apartments, not just outside, but also choose the interior style you liked, it was awesome.

I can't remember the name of my apartment, it's one for I think $235,000 somewhat close to the marina, which would have been an awesome view if the windows actually faced it. It's not far from a couple of basic shops, the main customs garage is about ten blocks straight to the east.
I debated picking up the ever-popular $400,000 apartment in the north end of town but I absolutely despise the nearby wealthy area with all the twisty hilly roads and it's not really very close to anything that's useful. I dunno, the idea of being in this tall skyscraper is a cool idea but that's essentially all it is, an idea; a concept. You don't really do much in there, nothing that you can't do on the lower floor of the other apartments, and the place looks identical to the one that cost me half the price. I don't know about other players but I simply don't spend enough time in my apartment to care THAT much about the view.
I do wish they'd give us at least some basic customization options such as wall color or object placement.

My house is where, lets see if I can remember the directions. Start in the Los Santos customs in the north part of Los Santos. You take a... right, yea, take a right out of the parking lot, then take a left down the highway. Maybe, I dunno, 5 or 6 blocks down you take a left again.
My apartment should be in that area. Sure my garage is on a hill, but I don't care.
Like I said this one is fairly close to a garage and once I looked at the 400,000, I knew the type of people that go there. I said "no way" once I looked at that place. You'd need a tank just to get in and out of it. lol. While my apartment is somewhat near that area, it's far enough away that those people don't bother me.

There's a gun icon next to two skulls in the upper-left corner of the picture back there. I think my place is somewhere below that gun.
As for people being pricks by the $400,000 apartment, are they really like that in every server? There are always people killing each other around there? If so I'm glad I didn't buy it, and glad that people stick around there instead of screwing with everybody near all of the apartments.

There isn't people always there, but I've ran into groups of people up there a lot. A lot of them that tend to get bounty's, or own tanks seem to go to that house from what I've seen. I've seen people at other houses, I've seen people at my house. But they don't tend to linger around and get into gang wars outside your front door like they do that $400,000 apartment.

I think a bunch of typical douchebag players probably spammed all the old money exploits then bought the most expensive apartment because money is no object to them and they want to show off. And, since they're that kind of douche, they also hang around the apartment and kill everyone who tries to get inside. Some of them have probably spammed some kind of leveling exploit as well. That's my theory, anyway. None of this would surprise me.

Lol had I already disappeared into a mission? The only time I recall my prized car getting destroyed was when Justin hit a bad bump on a lakeside road and drowned it.

Fast car on narrow bumpy road right beside a lake isn't the best mix. XD Surprisingly I think your car cost less then my Stinger. I had to pay 9000 some odd for your insurance, I'm almost sure I totaled the Stinger once and it was 10 000 some odd. lol
