Oh man I forgot about Ros. What's the matter with you people? She's smoking. Face, eh, but that body is fantastic. And Joey, I was trying to be REALLY VAGUE about that fight scene because Soon hasn't seen the fourth season yet. Eh, I'm sure Soon isn't entirely troubled about it, but I apologize if I fucked shit up for you, Soon. No matter, it was badass.

Well, going ahead with the season 4 spoilers, it WAS a damn good fight. One of the best parts of the episode.
Don't spoil the other stuff though. You know that there are some MAJOR things that can be spoiled for season 4.

I don't watch the show, but the majority of this thread has been "babe talk" so I'm infinitely more interested in it now then I'll probably ever be.

How about we talk about the dashing gentleman in your sig, Mike? Littlefinger became even more badass this season and I didn't think that was possible after his "Chaos is a ladder" scene.

If you want to see a near-endless parade of hot, naked women, Game of Thrones is for you. How about we talk about the dashing gentleman in your sig, Mike? Littlefinger became even more badass this season and I didn't think that was possible after his "Chaos is a ladder" scene. (This is a complete and total spoiler of one of the biggest things about Game of Thrones, up to season four, so I strongly urge Soon and anyone else who's even remotely interested in the show to avoid the rest of this post entirely). Okay, everybody gone? No one else reading this who doesn't want to be spoiled on GoT? Alright then, here we go. What I love about Littlefinger is that throughout the story you obviously get the sense that he's intelligent, then sneaky, then completely self-interested, and finally downright treacherous. He's sneaky and manipulative- like Varys, he knows that politics are a game and he knows how to play. When I got to the part in the books where it's made clear who killed Jon Arryn, and why, it was profound. The books are full of shocks but that's arguably the biggest one. That's the moment when you realize that- holy fuck- Petyr Baelish orchestrated this WHOLE thing. The entire show- the entire book series, the complete and total story from moment one onward- was all deliberately set in motion by Petyr Baelish. He orchestrated it. He's the puppet master. His actions have led to the death of thousands. And for this reason he's the most dangerous man in Westeros. I love the guy. When the show finally reached the point at which this plotline was revealed I watched as my friends said a collective "holy shit" and in celebration went and slapped that picture of Littlefinger into my signature. I've got my favorites, as listed earlier, but for sheer badassery he and Tywin can't be topped.

If you're talking about the big plot twist where Littlefinger was exposed to be the mastermind behind the whole war and everything, I've already heard it. I wasn't particularly surprised either.

I've got my favorites, as listed earlier, but for sheer badassery he and Tywin can't be topped. Yeah, man, Baelish is awesome, dude. I liked to say he and Varys were in a group of their own, and I was always more a Varys fan. I dunno, but the way he speaks and presents himself always intrigued me. He was a silent badass. Littlefinger, as we see now, was the same way but in a much more drastic form. As much as I love Varys, Baelish has taken the cake, and why? Because he is, without a question, the most important person in the entire series/books. Littlefinger went from the young boy that loved Catelyn Tully so much that he was willing to fight an impossible match to win against Brandon Stark, to secretly being the biggest guy in Westeros. The best part is no one seems to realize it. He's smart and continues to make himself appear to be small and unimportant as he kicks more of his competition away, leaving an easy path to take over. I also love how they're finally letting Sansa mature a bit and finally realize how Westeros works. If you can't beat them, join them and that's what Sansa has done, with Baelish. And I'm a Stark guy, I truly am, but I kinda want Baelish to tread carefully and not fall in too deep with Sansa. He needs to stick on his toes and not let her get the better. If he does, it'll be another case of Robert and Cersei.

If you're talking about the big plot twist where Littlefinger was exposed to be the mastermind behind the whole war and everything, I've already heard it. I wasn't particularly surprised either. Okay then yes, I was indeed talking about that. It's revealed near the end of book 3 / season 4 that Littlefinger was the one who convinced Lysa Arron to poison her husband, thus throwing King's Landing under suspicion, thus encouraging Ned Stark to take John's place as Hand of the King, thus exposing the Lannister's incest, thus leading to his beheading and the war of Westeros. It was all Littlefinger, and it was all arguably in revenge for his rejection. It's a great plot development. Seriously, read what I just wrote and then look down there at that picture of the guy. He's awesome.

This is probably one of my favorite scenes in the show, more because of Varys than Tyrion, but they both are awesome there. Another favorite is here. These two always have awesomely tense, and sly scenes. This one is my favorite of them all, however.
