Just because we had some time to kill before a movie, my wife and I stopped into a Toys R Us last night... and my wife ended up buying a whole bunch of future Christmas presents for me (or rather, putting them in layaway) Got CM Punk in his "Bret Hart Tribute" trunks And from the "SummerSlam Heritage Series" HHH in Purple (from his legendary ladder match with The Rock)... HBK in white and Undertaker with the purple gloves (unfortunately, not gray) I'm really hoping that they get a Sting out before Christmas as well

MATTEL SUCKS!!!!!! JAKKS PACIFIC FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you want terrible figures, you're right, JAKKS Pacific was great. If however you want realistic looking figures with good articulation and attention to detail, you'll have to go with Mattel's "sucking"

Yeah, Mattel focuses more so on detail and even if I was a youngling that liked playing with them, judging by the looks of the Mattel, I think they'd be better.
My main reason of liking Mattel though is detail. Not everybody's Size 1, 2, or 3 to my knowledge. I have a few figures and each one has a different body shape and all. The only two sucky ones that I've seen are the Lesnar/Heyman duo pack. Lesnar looks like garbage and Heyman, no matter what pack you choose...I had to go through 3 packs to figure this out, has his arm break if you open the container.
Before anybody asks, I got the duo pack for my little brother because he's a "gotta catch 'em all" kid. He literally opened 3 different packs and all 3 of the Heyman arms broke as soon as he opened the package, in which case I told him he'd have to deal, lol.

The two packs are notoriously problem-ridden, for some reason. The leg of the Warrior figure in the Warrior/Sheamus two pack breaks off frequently as well.
The Lesnar figures all look bad because Lesnar is difficult to model (or so Mattel claims) because of his oddly shaped frame.

I think I've got some figures of Cena, Kane, Kofi Kingston, and Sheamus that I just bought because they were cheap. I think I actually used the Sheamus figure as a desk decoration for a little bit.

My brother got the Elite versions of King Kong Bundy, Kane (2002), Triple H (DX), DDP, Ryback, and a couple others last year for Christmas.

I've got a pretty large collection I think, maybe some day I'll take pictures and post them. They're too numerous for me to remember. My "highlights" are HHH's from just about every era of his career (except Connecticut Blueblood), Bret Hart, Curt Hennig, Randy Savage...

I used to collect lots of action figures back in the day. Not WWE, though, G.I. Joe. I don't understand it anymore, I guess.

If you do end up being a homeless with a box of toys, buy them from here Ringside Collectibles. Looks like they ship everywhere, and if i would have money, i would already have an elite RVD... anyways, they seem to be the best in the industry of wrestling toys.

Joe, Marvel, Star Wars, & wrestling, with a few forays into Transformers. I've got a pretty extensive collection of Lord of the Rings figures as well. But I'm not the "keep things pristine and sell them later" kind of collector anymore. I used to do that to make money and it was depressing. Now I open all of my crap and play with it 8)

Maybe because there are only two wrestlers. And the funny thing is that one of them is Adon from SF and the other is Venom from Spider-Man. Yeah, imagine that wrestling match....

Come to think of it, I did collect Transformers and Bionicle, but I sold the Bionicle, and I think I'm going to sell off the Transformers to help with the PS4. Can't sell the G.I. Joe, though, too sentimental. I've had some of those things since I was a baby.

As for the "detail", I haven't seen any special forms of detail from either figure, so...
