I wouldn't mind a chaotic tag team of Rollins and Ambrose  WWE could use them right now as a tag team. They haven't done that angle in a while. Have Ambrose and Rollins tag together and put stipulations to them not imploding during the match. |

Every time he grabs a hold of a mic, he looks like he's going to piss himself, he looks like he has some major anxiety issues. Seth is more convincing on the mic and he doesn't just talk in the same old drab monotone voice, he also expresses emotion unlike Reigns who to me is as wooden as a tree. I guess you're right about the first graders, I'll give you that one. ... I'm not even going to waste my time with someone who finds Seth Rollins convincing on the mic. His promo at MitB was an insult to promos. He was winning the $#@!ing thing that night, and was more bored with his promo than I was. He stumbled over his words in his promo tonight. Rollins has ALWAYS been boring on the mic. That's been his rep since he was "Tyler Black." Reigns was actually known for cutting good promos. Your prejudice is showing. But hey, enjoy your spot monkey. The bright side for you is, Rollins is definitely going to keep getting pushed, despite the fact that Reigns did the work to get him there. I said that he was more convincing on the mic, I never said he was omnipotent on the mic. I just find him to be better than Reigns. Reigns is definitely going further than Rollins anyway in the future. Dean Ambrose was the mouth of the Shield and one half of the action, Seth was the other half and he took some good bumps. Roman was the guy that just paced back and forth in the ring while the other two covered for him on the mic and let him pop in for the last sentence. Similar to how they would carry the whole match and just tag in Reigns to execute 3 moves and win the match. Why wouldn't they push Reigns? He's a big guy, he makes women wet, a lot of the male audience have a "man crush" on him (this has been brought up in a couple of interviews with him, and he looked freaked out), he's being touted as a badass so the male viewers will like him for not being a goody two shoes uncharismatic goofball, and he says profane words to cover for his lack of skill on the mic, so that will attract kids and teenagers. |

This seems to be the collectively shared opinion among you, Wild, and I. I think he has the best combination of skills out of the three of them. Just get rid of the girlie punches and he's fine.  ... I do not share this opinion LOL Reigns is the "star" unquestionably, or should be. Ambrose has done the best work coming out of the Shield. Rollins... well, an undeserved push always leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. I used to be ambivalent, but now if he dropped off the face of the earth I'd probably have a brief moment of happiness. I cannot imagine anyone less deserving to be in the Main Event picture right now. Ryder has more personality. |

If I could stomach watching one of his "matches" I'm betting I could count the number of distinctive moves he does and point out that it's no more than the supposedly limited "Reigns" but hey... springboards, so I guess he's brilliant (nevermind that both Reigns AND Ambrose worked tons of springboards in NXT), and every time he works with Ambrose he just looks that much worse. ... and then he picks up a microphone and I want to crap walnuts. Rollins is good enough to be a midcard mainstay. Instead he's going to be a Main Event guy for years. Yaay(?) |
