I like a lot of what Creed did. My Sacrifice is as perfect a love song to Jesus as you could ever ask for.
With Arms Wide Open... what can I say? If you're ever a Father, this song will mean something to you, no matter how much you hate Creed.
Higher... the first Creed song I ever heard, speaks to the same universal desire to connect with something beyond the self and the understanding that this world isn't all that there is for us.
Six Feet From The Edge... a meditation on suicide and emptiness. Not the best in musical history, but it'll do in a pinch.
Torn... exposes Stapp's inner struggle with Faith and Religion
My Own Prison... I really love that song. Stapp's signature introspection and struggle with issues of belief and guilt, but with a more hopeful tone than most. Despite the tone of the music, this song holds a powerfully positive message.
Whats This Life for... again, Stapp talking about suicide, with a particular focus on the hopelessness that is taking so many children away from us before they ever have a chance to really experience life. For personal reasons, my favorite Scott Stapp lyric of all time comes from this song But they ain't here anymore Don't have to settle no Goddamned score Cause we all live Under the reign of One King
Not on the list; In America... an absolutely scathing (and accurate) indictment of modern American society and western culture in general. Calls into question (and legitimately so, IMO) how any person of conscience could look at our way of life and not be pissed off at what we do and ultimately disgusted at what we've become.

I can't dislike this band, in high school we had a video competition and I used with Higher set to images of a special olympics at the high school. It was quite good if I say so myself. Anyway I won a scholarship. Plus their songs were pretty powerful.

I'm not a religious person at all, but Creed is awesome regardless.

It's odd for me. I like Creed, but I almost feel as if it's one of those bands I wouldn't normally like, musically anyway. I do like them though. My favorite song being One.
I also really like My Sacrifice, Higher, and One Last Breath.
