Where's the Bat symbol? How can they expect this to succeed without their easily marketable logos?
It looks like they slipped the cowl over a statue.

The symbol is there, but it's massive and spreads across pretty much his entire chest.
They actually intentionally alter the logo frequently so that they can sell more t-shirts. Personally the only Bat-logo t-shirt I ever wanted to own (and did) was the 89 movie logo t. Plain black shirt, yellow logo. I loved it.

For those that haven't seen it... I think this looks amazing. Best time in the history of the world to be a geek Looks a lot Better than I thought. To be fair my expectations were really low. Still have a gripe with the costume and Peter Parker being casted but I'm gonna watch. |

Yeah there are some issues I'm not happy about... but thematically the show looks really solid. More so than Green Arrow, The Flash is a "man of the people" kind of hero, and the show really seems to capture that, with Oliver telling him he can be a symbol and all of that.
... the origin of his name is just plain stupid though. I don't know why we need to play coy with superhero names nowadays.

I have no clue why they changed his name from mark madorn to Clyde mardon. Is it cause he is robbing banks? |

They did some pretty massive changes in Arrow as well, that don't make much sense, but the show more or less works well anyway. |
