Why do people keep saying "huh?"... 

There is clearly a link at the top of the OP, In which all of those things on the list are explained.

The "Tilt" is when you play a racing game - Do you lean left to right when going round the corners?
The "Corpse" thing is for "Bosses" - When you have those annoying ass bosses that are super hard to kill, Do you continue to shoot the body of said boss once the death cutscene has finished?

When I finally got to vault 34 armory I had to pick up every weapon I saw

"Yeah  a load guns I will never use. I must collect them!" That being said the ALL American Rifle is a badass gun you must get if you haven't already.

Pretty sure #2 isn't exclusive to bosses, just any type of enemy. Heck, I've decapitated numerous corpses just 'cause I was bored.

Bosses was an example, It's basically any enemy that takes you a while to kill yet kills you multiple times.

I tried to attack the Von whatevers in Freeside. After blowing the head off of the front door's guard, I promptly booked it after 200 or something guys piled out of the small building like a clown car.

Of course, I returned later with a grenade launcher, and after decorating the walls with the blood and gore of various incredibly unfortunate gun salesmen, I proceeded to pick up 20-something weapons that I still haven't used.

As in do you horde in games, When there are weapons to collect (and other random stuff) do you collect them all even knowing you'll probably have no use for any of it.
