Expectations and Hopes for Gaming 2014

So List your expectations for this year, and your hopes in terms of gaming.

Expectations:
The Xbox One and PS4 will stay neck and neck and leave the Wii U in the dust
Watch Dogs will be even more heralded than GTA V
The Ouya will continue to be a failure
The Steambox will flop
Games will begin to get a whole lot more casual
Uncharted 4 will be announced at E3
Last of Us 2 will be announced at E3
Saints Row 5 will be officially announced sometime this year

Hopes:
Nintendo will go out of the console making business and instead strictly become a game making studio like SEGA.
Thatgamecompany will announce a new game that will be for all consoles
Kaiju Combat will come out on the PS4
Star Wars Battlefront won't just be a Battlefield copy and paste
Dragon Age Inquisition won't be crap

Expectations:

COD, and subsequently the entire FPS genre, will decline.
Fallout 4 gets announced.
The Elder Scrolls online crashes and burns.
The updates for Minecraft end.
2K focuses on NBA2K entirely, and ignore WWE2K.
Assassin's Creed: The Inevitable Yearly Sequel is announced and released, despite being identical to previous games.
Warner Bros. continues to suck the life out of the Batman: Arkham series.
Double Fine releases another game that is a critical success, but has horrid sales.
Mass Effect 4 gets announced and released.
Blizzard continues to try and save WoW from its inevitable doom.



Hopes:

Valve learns to count to 3.
Star Wars Battlefront 3 doesn't absolutely suck.
I finally get around to playing No More Heroes.
Team fortress 2's updates continue.
Injustice 2 gets announced.
Garry's Mod gets a "Garry's Mod 14" update.
