Also Kane vs Big Show was incredibly boring. Not shocking at all. It was easily the worst match of the night... And that's counting Big E vs Fandango.

if carlos colon is going in the HoF then Bruiser Brody needs to go in as well..not because he was directly involved in his murder, but their feud is what made colon a "legend(ary pile of shit)"...

Now I've got his theme stuck in my head... What brought up Heidenreich anyway? I stumbled upon a match of his and figured I'd ask It was actually a match of LOD, but I wasn't really a fan of LOD, or Animal mostly, at the time. I liked Heidenreich though.

Quick question (hopefully one that WK answers):
If Owen Hart had lived to get "The Game" nickname and the gimmick that came with it, what would've happened to Triple H?

Triple H would've got a different gimmick, maybe one that allowed him to be more on the technical side. He would've been great no matter what, at least that's what I think.

Quick question (hopefully one that WK answers): If Owen Hart had lived to get "The Game" nickname and the gimmick that came with it, what would've happened to Triple H? Well first of all, it's a misconception that Owen was getting HHH's gimmick. Owen was slated to get a gimmick where he "gameplanned" every match, some of which was transferred to HHH later on. If you listen to the commentary from early "The Game" matches you hear them talking a lot about how he's always watching match tapes, etc. That was what was planned for Owen. That stuff went away fairly quickly. If you look at the two guys, I think it's fairly obvious that Owen would have handled the character very differently than HHH did, which is why it evolved into something different so quickly. That said; I'm fairly certain HHH would still be okay. Remember, he was "chosen" to win King of the Ring before the MSG incident, before there was such a thing as "The Game"... so he would have gotten his push, just perhaps without some of the nicknames and catchphrases.

How do think Owen would have handled it? Would he have handled it good? As for that last paragraph, that's EXACTLY what I was thinking.

I think Owen's version of "the Game" could have been really good or really bad, it all depends. Sometimes it's hard to tell. Great gimmicks have failed when coupled with the wrong worker, while the right worker can sometimes take a ridiculous gimmick and make it great.
I think Owen's version would have necessarily remained more of a technical work thing and less of a "dominance" thing.

Owen was supposed to be The Game? No offense to him, but it suits Triple H much better.
