Storm or Rouge. I like Rouge more, But Storms powers more, So Storm.  Rogue could just steal Storm's powers. Dilemma solved. Except that Storm isn't just some punk bitch who is going to let Rogue walk up and drain her powers.. It takes time for Rogue to steal enough power to be effective, and in that time, Storm would zap Rogue back to the stone age. |

Rogue wins. Yeah. That's why it goes down. That's why Storm is one of the most powerful/badass characters in all of Marvel and Rogue is continually placed on spank teams. Alternatively, one might suggest that Storm, having superior training, skills, and vastly superior inherent power, pretty much owns Rogue even in her sleep. |
