And I forgot to say that I myself am an all-nighter so I'd also be curious as to what time he was referring to.

Potshot gives you $10,000 now? Wow, it used to only give you like 6 or 7. Nice. It's short, but I'd gamble that Rooftop is still just as short (perhaps even shorter) because with Potshot you do have that little drive and wait at the beginning. After the van is retrieved though I'd bet that it's about the same amount of time as getting to the goal in Rooftop. What bullshit that it's messed up in single player now, though. What the hell is with these random glitches all of a sudden? My favorite's got to be how cocaine is deposited and then IMMEDIATELY destroyed, by some unseen force, halfway across the map before we can retrieve it. Maybe there's some kind of really proactive anti-drug NPC coalition in the game now. And your " rival" delivers the briefcase in Rooftop? What fucking rival? Anyway Brian he's right, as long as someone of higher level is setting up the mission you can be invited in to anything. In fact that's how some of us have helped each other gain levels and cash much faster. Lower level missions give you like $1500 dollars and 500 RP (reputation points, the game's experience system) whereas the top missions give you $18,000 dollars and 5,000 RP a pop. You start the game struggling to afford anything, at this point I have over four million. I can add you so if you ever see me playing and want to join just ask on PSN and I'll invite you in. Your inexperience won't be too much of an issue, you just have to play sensibly like allowing us to get into positions before you start firing and don't do reckless stuff like run us over, lol. Uhh... The one co-op mission I tried with some random people, someone did end up getting run over... but just a little... by a plane...

Planes are harder to avoid causing destruction with.

To mute people, when you enter a session hold select, look through the menu that pops up for your mic/voice options, and switch it to either friends or no one. It works but only effects that session, if you join a new one you need t do it against. Cool. Thanks for the tip. ...Why is there a kill yourself option that cost 500 dollars in the same menu?

Sometimes you can find yourself stuck (such as wedged between rocks or something) or maybe even out in the wilderness too far from a car. I once got trapped in my garage.
Such instances are extremely rare but it's nice to have a way out. I guess if you were a loser jerk you could also use it to get away from people trying to up their killcount with your corpse.

Garage 1 is close to completion. It has.
- Monroe. - Stinger GT. - Guanlet. - Buccaneer. - Sabre Turbo. - Vertigo. - Manana. - Ruiner. - Phoenix. - Sandking XL
I kinda want the Dominator to complete the muscle car theme, but eh, not that fond of the Dominator. Sandking, to keep or to sell.

I can't believe how utterly shit I've become at this game. I blame Japan and their lack of guns.

Well buggy night in GTA tonight, Rockstar really got to address these things.
Rooftop Rumble - Unbeatable playing by yourself, making it a requirement to have 2 or more players. With 1 player the game fails you every mission for some BS excuse that "the rival was delivered" despite the fact all enemies stop chasing you before you reach the checkpoint and this never happens with 2 or more players.
By Land, Sea & Air - Grossly underpaid. Sure, fight past a mini army of Maryweather, get to the roof and repeat, proceed to steal a Buzzard and then gun down 3 other Buzzards that the enemy sends. Do all this and get $6750 or something. This is a $15,000 job at least, maybe even a $18,000 job.
Satellite Communications - The traffic in this mission is insane and physics are thrown out the win. A friggen Pyus can jackknife a speeding semi... yea, that seems realistic. Also this mission will make you think passing traffic is purposely trying to stop from succeeding.
A Titan Of A Job - Job itself is sold, but $7500 feels a little underpaid for the work load. I'd put this more in the 10-12,000 range.
Wet Works - We've only seen this once, so maybe it was a once off bug. But when we got near the end where we had to kill the Lost reinforcements, no Lost came leaving us with a unpassable mission.
If there are other mike forgive, getting late and I'm getting tired at this point.

I forgot to mention that I will be borrowing it tonight (if he'll let me), but I wont' be back until tomorrow. Wait, You'll be back on, on Sunday night? I have the game now, but I won't be back until tomorrow (well, today technically, but it's 1:32 and I'm in EST timezone). And I forgot to say that I myself am an all-nighter so I'd also be curious as to what time he was referring to. I'm in EST time zone (as seen above) and I usually will start playing the game anywhere from 10 pm - 3 am, depending on what time I'm done working. It all depends on the day of the week and the person I'm working with.

Well buggy night in GTA tonight, Rockstar really got to address these things. Never in my six months with the game have I ever even come close to experiencing the amount of bugs, glitches, and random uncertainties that I've been experiencing this weekend. I sent them a report as soon as I logged off. To whit: 1. Can't finish Los Santos Connection because of self-destructing mission item. 2. Sometimes can't finish "Harmony" because the last mission objective never appears (or does, after several minutes) 3. Sometimes can't finish "Wet Work" because the last mission objective never appears 4. The item that's supposed to fall out of the cracked safe in "Stocks and Scares" takes upwards of ten seconds or doesn't fall out at all. 5. Can't finish Rooftop Rumble in solo play because your nonexistent "rival" finishes it first, the game not telling you that you're in an impromptu race against an invisible ghost until you've already finished the mission in its entirety. 6. Crashed during one of the Rooftop Rumbles in multiplayer, game froze 7. Did another instance of Rooftop Rumble and you guys all joined, yet when we started you were all gone and I was by myself. 8. Queenz was randomly ejected from that crazy mission with the farm destruction and the warzone surrounding two meth boats 9. One of the missions we started spawned two of our three cars miles away 10. Accepting job invites sometimes sent you to your own instances of the mission I was trying to invite you to 11. Severe latency caused me to blindly crash the semi trailer into god knows what twice during Satellite Communications, one of which launched my truck spinning spasmically twenty feet into the air Magic heat-seeking enemy bullets, endlessly spawning enemies, sudden snipers, overwhelming mission bias towards races and parachute jumps...but I guess some of these things have always been there. I don't know. Am I fucking forgetting anything? And I forgot to say that I myself am an all-nighter so I'd also be curious as to what time he was referring to. I'm in EST time zone (as seen above) and I usually will start playing the game anywhere from 10 pm - 3 am, depending on what time I'm done working. It all depends on the day of the week and the person I'm working with. It doesn't matter, we're just looking forward to playing with you. *Tee hee!*

I think you covered it all mike. Dunno where these bugs came from, it wasn't the Business Update, game was perfect after that. It just randomly happened like a few days ago and has been bugged ever since.

Sorry mike, but your lovely Anna (from Cleaning The Cat Hour) is a retard. lol
So me, Queenz and Brain played this mission. I got my heli and Queenz's collected Anna. We get to the checkpoint, everything is good and Queenz does his usual diving outta the heli. Before I can land Anna follows Queenz, jumping from the heli and falling to her death right outside Moreda's (sp?) house. lol
It was quite funny.

I left the game at the other house, lol. It may be two more weeks or longer until I get it....I did however get to play it there and it was pretty cool just running around and shooting random civilians. The vehicle mechanics (although can be annoying sometimes) are way more realistic than the last GTA game I played, which for the most part is a good thing.
