I do have a shit-ton of money. Every now and then one participant of a mission is awarded double the cash payout for reasons I've never been able to understand. It rarely ever happens to me but I've got enough money that I honestly don't really care.  Do you have more than me? |

I used to joke about "2KFC" because yes, while it stands for "2K Forum Crew" (I think Justin or Tom came up with it), I always thought that it suggested "To Kentucky Fried Chicken!" I tend to play from around now, or maybe an hour or so from now, and stay on anywhere between 3-6 hours. In other words when I'm on it's usually from around maybe 6pm to midnight central US time. I'm pretty sure that I'll be on tonight, probably in only a little while. I'll be out tomorrow but I don't really have anything going on tonight. I may actually catch you then. The show starts in 2 and a half hours from now. I'm sure it won't last too long (though I think it's 2CW's PPV, so I don't know). Only takes like 10 minutes for me to get here from there. |

I don't know how much you have but I know that you don't really play, so unless a hacker awarded you with a load of cash I don't know when or how you'd have gotten rich. I keep forgetting because I know that you hardly play the game, don't really notice huge bank accounts because they're all being stripped away by Rockstar's hacker sweeps, and don't think that I pay as much attention to how much money other people have. But the answer is no, the money I've got is from actual gameplay and it would take many hundreds of hours to amass a billion dollars that way. |

You may have been participating in the game when you got it but my point is that you didn't do anything to earn it as established by the game's rules, limits and payment structure. Bounties are only supposed to go as high as $9,000. Any bounty above that amount wasn't earned, it was received through a glitch.

That's what I mean. Neither of us earned the huge financial windfalls that we'd gotten, they'd just been handed to us by generous hackers exploiting Rockstar's code. After that went on for a month or two Rockstar got fed up and did massive sweeps identifying pretty much everyone who'd gotten the money and took it. I guess they couldn't conclusively determine how much of the purchases were made with the tainted money, however, so they let players keep their stuff.
I was surprised they had been able to trace me, my purchases were relatively minor and had taken place weeks before they decided to do anything. I figured that I'd be under the radar but apparently no one was. Wish I'd known about them letting people keep their stuff though, I'd have gone crazy and bought everything I could with it while I still had the chance.

I told you via PSN messages I would let you win the races as I'm sure you need them for unlocking car mods. lol. And it's best you take any you can get, because you need a lot of them.
Oh mike, something to ask you. You know how to glitch cars into online right? I think you said you glitched the hearse from single player to online. If possible, could you try to glitch Franklin's prototype Buffalo into online for me?
I'm liking Franklin's car, but the online Buffalo's are scaled back pieces of crap. I'm wondering if it's possible to get Franklin's car online or not.

It used to be. When I last checked there were notes in the last couple of updates that listed offline-to-online car glitches as one of the things that they fixed, as far as I know that can't be done anymore. Then again people do seem to find new ways to do this kind of stuff after every update. I'll have to look around.
Bane, it was fun showing you the ropes but sorry to hear about your connection. Usually one of us gets booted at least once or has our system freeze or something, it's rare to go an entire session without ONE irritating technical glitch, but for some reason you couldn't seem to stay in our missions. Still, I believe we got you somewhere in the neighborhood of $75,000. Nor bad for half an hour of work, especially considering that this would normally take half a day for a character at your level. Don't worry about sucking, we know you're new and start out with crappy equipment and stats.

I don't get why they wouldn't add Franklin's Buffalo, make it a rare car or one you has to buy. Dang I should of went for this car before the patches. lol
