Totally! But again for "selfish" reasons, Vince would rather push a guy he can market the hell out of. Daniel Bryon sells shirts to Smarks. Batista sells shirts, posters, action figures, pillow buddies, ETC to everyone. Absolutely. Cash in early and often. Which is why I have a hard time condemning Punk.

i knew he was goona step away before his contract up....... all that laying around in the rumble showed that something is really wrong (health wise) with cm punk , i have no problem with cm punk did. good for punk for saving up his money One can only wonder how you would feel if the title said "Cena Quits WWE" instead of "Punk quits WWE"...

You're all-in for guys who take their ball and go home when they don't get what they want.

Absolutely. Cash in early and often. Which is why I have a hard time condemning Punk. It's simple. A man is only as good as his word.

Which is why I have a hard time condemning Punk. It's simple. A man is only as good as his word. Punk has shown time and time again the person he is. Vince still chooses to do business with him. Obviously speculation (which all this is at this point) but Vince likely broke his word with Punk on several occasions.

Obviously speculation (which all this is at this point) but Vince likely broke his word with Punk on several occasions. I've never agreed with the notion that someone else doing wrong was an excuse to do wrong in return. Beyond that, I'm 100% certain that Punk was never promised anything. WWE has always been a "there are no guarantees" kind of business. Even Vince's critics tend to accuse him of "stringing people along" more so than outright lying to them. Yes, Punk has had a lot of perfectly valid reasons to be disappointed. None of them excuse walking out on his contract and hurting the company and his fans in the process.

Punk leaves and Titus O'neil says he wants to be WWE WHC Champion on Smackdown before beating down Darren Young.

Reference to the current Punk RUMORS by Cena? Good lord I'm so tired of Cena that even something as innocent as this tweet comes across as obnoxious on his behalf.

Reference to the current Punk RUMORS by Cena? It sounds like he is talking about numerous things. Bryan, Punk, Shield etc.

Leave.......... This was an obvious action by Punk. I saw this coming a mile away. I will admit the timing is the only thing that surprised me.
