The UFC Light Heavyweight debut of Daniel Cormier has been cancelled due to a leg injury suffered by his opponent "Suga" Rashad Evans. No announcent as of yet if this fight has a potential reschedule date, or if D.C. will have a replacement opponent named.

Patrick Cummins will be facing Daniel Cormeir at UFC 170

Chael offered to fight dc. I honestly couldn't care less about these fights. Rashad has just been so forgettable since the jones fight. He doesn't stick out anymore

Chael offered to fight dc. I honestly couldn't care less about these fights. Rashad has just been so forgettable since the jones fight. He doesn't stick out anymore people hail DC's speed (or atleast the speed he showed in the Big Foot fight) but it hasn't been there since. he looked good against Josh Barnett, and he looked good against that can he faced in his final SF fight. since then he's looked very lethargic (especially against Mir, looked like he was fighting under water in that one) looked good, not great against Big Country. since he refuses to fight Cain, it looks like his only option (for a title anyway) is 205, will that speed follow him down there? we'll find out i guess.. |

I've always said it but I will say it again. Mma fans are the weirdest, most fickle fans I have ever seen. There is always a excuse for when there fighters lose. Unmotivated BJ, unmotivated shogun. I know for a fact there is more I just haven't looked at a mma forum in awhile cause I can't stand them. Sherdog is a ses pool

Yea that was nuts I though the Gsp hate was bad that is nothing compared to jones. with Georges it't "he's boring" or "he doesn't finish fights", with Jon it's a personal hatred people have towards him. i obviously don't know him personally, so how good of a person he actually is, i really don't know. but, i certainly haven't seen anything (minus the dui) to warrant that level of hate. when you ask why, they say he ducked Chael, Vitor and Machida...ignoring the fact he fought all 3 of them and finished them.. |
