How did this become about boxing? Shut up before I knock you upside your head with a left hook. Fairly certain you don't even know what a left hook looks like

It's not at all uncommon. But I find it sad that Ali, who is constantly declared the best boxer to have ever lived and who made a career out of running his mouth in agreement, beat the champion by clowning around and then ducked him when he asked for a second shot at a real fight. As for Robinson, he's one of the greatest of all time. He had something like two losses in over ten years and a hundred fights. The entire concept of "pound for pound" rankings exists because of him. Ali clowned around it pretty much all of his fights, He'd just screw around whilst his opponent was attacking him and getting worn out, then when they was worn out it was easier for him to beat them

That's WHY the rope-a-dope on Foreman is significant. Ali, prior to that match, was known for being elusive. He used movement to fool opponents into throwing punches where he was not. He didn't need to wear them out, his punches had lethal accuracy. He could beat a "stronger" opponent landing fewer punches, because of where he landed punches. He did like to taunt a lot, he was all about the head game... but tiring the other guy out was a specific component of the Foreman bout. It's not how he handled (for instance) Joe Frasier.

How does anything become anything? I thought you were Christian? I am, but I also enjoy philosophy and sarcasm, and especially sarcastic pseudo-philosophy 8)

So you're a pseudo-atheist Christianity and reason can coexist. I would argue that atheism and reason are much less compatible than any given faith and reason 8)

Not nearly as much as psychoanalysis. Psychoanalysis has uses. Philosophy is for college students 8) Psychoanalysis was founded by a guy who thought women's menstruations were related to the nose. One women had a particular problem with this, and after Freud performed surgery on her nose, it still kept happening. Instead of admitting this of proof that he was wrong, he instead claimed she was sexually obsessed with him, and this caused her problems.
