Macross Saga was entertaining, but I preferred the chopped up Americanized version called Robotech 8)

There's another Avatar after The Last Airbender? Yes, Legend of Korra. It is... disappointing. Am I the only one who found it. While not as entertaining (which the result of trying to put lighting in a bottle twice never is) to be at least enjoyable

I f***ING HATE Korra, the character herself. The bitch just HAS to reset the f***ING Avatar Cycle, doesn't she? Like I said, Legends of Korra isn't remotely as good as Avatar: Last Airbender. The teen/young adult relationship complication is partly the reason why. Yeah, I don't hate it nearly as much as iodill, or for even remotely the same reasons. I enjoy the show, I just don't think it's a worthy successor to the original. My biggest complaint is all of the modernization. The cars, motorcycles, and mecha just make me want to change the channel. Well while I do see how that would hinder your enjoyment. It is set 60 years after the original so It's easy to see why things were modernized. It personally makes the show feel just a bit different in it's own way but I have a hard time deciding if it's for better or worse. Although the Mecca does make the dichotomy of the four nations, a central thane in the original series feel completely meaningless.

No. However anybody who went in to that movie with a shread of optimism deserved to be disappointed

I felt the same way at first, but then I re-watched it and it was absolutely awful... I hope all of those kids never ever appear in any movies ever again.

No. However anybody who went in to that movie with a shread of optimism deserved to be disappointed I liked the movie *shrugs* Was it top notch? No, but still it had some pretty good things about it. I liked literally everything that most people hated about it. I.....will say I don't hate that movie nearly as much as most people do. I felt the same way at first, but then I re-watched it and it was absolutely awful... I hope all of those kids never ever appear in any movies ever again. As soon said though, maybe it'd change if I watched it again. I've only watched it once. I'm not big into watching movies more than once most of the time.

Sure they're performances weren't great but in terms if what made the movie get panned bad acting might not have been among the movies biggest problems

Am I the only one that likes those effects? Everybody always hated on them, and I thought they were decent.
Also, I had low hopes for the movie when it came out, maybe that's why I don't hate it. It has a random kid from Youtube playing the main character, for Pete's sake. Of course it wasn't going to be a legendary movie.

I had low hopes for the effects too, as although we've seen some pretty cool things from movies I was worried how they'd do the martial arts looking bending sequences. Probably one of the few decent things about the movie.

There were Smurfs in that movie too?!? I must've blocked it out of my memory with pure survival instincts.
