I love Captain America, hate Batman, and have no faith in the cinematic Superman.
That being said, I'd see Cap over the other two every day of the week and three times on Saturday. But other people are stupid, and they're going to see SuperBat.
Somebody is going to change the release date, there's no point in fighting over the same viewers the same opening week. But in all honesty? I see SuperBat being pushed back another year until it's revealed to be a red herring for an actual JLA film.

I'm going to have to agree with Bane... I think Cap 3 has every chance of crushing the Superman sequel if they actually end up going toe-to-toe on opening weekend. All of the Superman news has been met with a general reaction of "oh noez!" by the fanbase, where Marvel is in a position where they can seemingly do no wrong.
Ultimately though I think PSP hit the nail on the head... it's a game of chicken, and somebody is going to change their release date.

If you know what he's talking about, you're one up on me. Once there was a console called "PSP GO" but it failed miserably. The end.

Saw Captain America 2, after seeing that. I will be seeing Cap 3 over Batman vs. Superman. Previously I was leaning on checking out the Batman vs. Superman first, but now I so thoroughly enjoyed the movie that I'll go with Cap.
