A video plays on the screen showing the inside of a room that is quite obviously oriental in design. There is a military uniform hanging on a wall but it's design is not one that can instantly be connected to any sort of branch or country. The uniform does look to be worn down from many decades though, and could have possibly come from some time in the early to mid 1900s.
In the center of this room is a man, facing towards the camera. His eyes are closed and he sits cross-legged in a typical meditation pose. His face is wrinkled, which suggests him to be in his 40s but at the same time one gets both the feeling that he is far younger and far more ancient than his appearance proposes. The feeling of him having a young age stems from the way that a sort of energy courses through him, as if he is still in his teens and has just returned home from an especially electric party. His posture however suggests a far older age. He is slumped forward, his shoulders sagging. It seems as if he has experienced a lifetime, in fact many lifetimes, of experiences and struggles. It's as if a world lies upon his back and he has simply resigned to let the world cling onto him, having gotten use to its weight.
The man then opens his eyes, which for some strange reason is spectacularly dramatic and instantly forces one's eyes to his. His eyes hold a wisdom beyond that of most men but they also hold an energy that courses through them, a revelation that seems to strike one with quite a bit more force than it normally would. Perhaps it is his apparent age that causes one such a surprise at how wise and how full of life he seems to be, as he appears to be neither ancient nor young and instead settles right there in the middle. One might even be tempted to say that he appears to be many ages at the same time, but such a notion is one that would quickly be dismissed by practiced, logical thinking.
The man opens his mouth to speak, but hesitates for a moment. He then quickly shuts his mouth after that brief hesitation, before he turns his head away from the camera with his eyes closed again. He then raises his hand and waves off the camera, which then abruptly shuts off. The video seemed peculiar and left many wondering just who this strange man was. As if to answer these questions words appear across the black screen reading "Lex Thunder," and then nothing else. The words fade away and only leaves only the slightest hint as to the man's identity. Despite the mystery surrounding the man there is also a sort of presence about him and the way he holds himself that makes one like him, even if one doesn't necessarily know much about him.
