That moment when you realize that yet another Edgar Cayce prediction is coming true right now.
"Strifes will arise through the period. Watch for them near Davis Strait in the attempts there for the keeping of the life line to a land open. Watch for them in Libya and in Egypt, in Ankara and in Syria, through the straits about those areas above Australia, in the Indian Ocean and the Persian Gulf.” Edgar Cayce reading (3976-26) April 28, 1941
Libya civil war, Egypt civil war, Syria civil war...
Once again Cayce proves to be incredibly freaky right.

Random casting fact of the day: Chad Coleman, who plays Tyreese in the Walking Dead, also does the voice acting for Coach in Left 4 Dead 2.

I just had the most bizarre dream ever. Terry Funk, Samuel L. Jackson and I were cops who were supposed to protect a guy and drive him to his house. For some reason, Terry and Samuel drive off without me, but I grab onto the mirror and get dragged with them. We drive by a tower next to a warehouse, where a bunch of people start shooting at us for no reason. Samuel, for whatever reason, throws out me, Funk, and an oxygen tank and drives off without us. Terry then stabs me with a tranquilizer dart and runs off, but I somehow use the oxygen tank to prevent myself from passing out. I then decide that despite the fact that these people have been shooting at me, I should jump up and down, waving my arms around like an idiot. This inexplicably causes the guys to stop shooting, where they take me into their warehouse/base/whatever and tell me that they're actors. Then they give me a soda, and a blond girl starts hitting on me, even though I keep telling her to stop. Then I woke up.

Ugh. For school, I have to do 30 some lessons from an online math site, and I'm stuck on simplify radical expressions (which we have never gone over).

I hate when a Youtube video has a 30 second unskippable ad...

I have recently noticed that the majority of people who complain about being stuck in bad relationships often times will continue to stick themselves with the same person or people just as despicable. One example is this chick at my school who absolutely hates her boyfriend and yet has dated him for 2 years...
Shit like that is why divorce rates are so high nowadays.

Women are crazy.
Men are jerks.
End of discussion.

... the guy that predicted that Atlantis would rise and/or be found in the late 60's? Color me unimpressed. He still has a 60% success rate or so. First of all, I would love to see how they've arrived at that number. I'm not going to give the guy a "win" just because he made vague noises that can be interpreted to mean something that actually came to pass if you twist the meanings of words enough. That's what people who claim that Nostradamus was "accurate" have to do, and Cayce was nothing more than a talented con man. At least Nostradamus believed the crap he was selling. Second of all, 60% isn't really all that impressive, given the parameters involved.

I do know that he claimed to have received word from God, and then made a bunch of predictions that contradicted the word of God.

*Only person in my entire grade to get a 100 on the essay*
That takes skill mother fudgers.

"Strife" is an awfully broad word.

I found the quote on this site, which was a list of prophecies made by Casey that hadn't come true yet the point in which the list was made. www.edgarcayce.org/are/ancient_mysteries.aspx?id=1915He's apparently talking about a period of conflict between light and darkness or something to that effect. As for the third point, good point.
