My part of the argument is based on the visuals. I've never seen anyone having green aura following them when they have superhuman strength/speed. It doesn't say anything about telekinesis, but it doesn't say anything about the origins of his aura. ..That's unless, that his power comes from a source like the green lantern's big lamp, or what they called it... ... so your defense for saying it's telekinesis is "there is an aura." *shakes head* I'm done. This is like trying to explain contemporary particle physics to a chimpanzee. No. You're right. And my defense for saying that it's telekinesis was that we don't know the aura's origins, and i don't think that he would waste magic on looking cool, and that they never told us that it's an effect of his superhuman strength/speed. (And if Ed Boon would come here just to say the the latter is the story wise good version.. i would shake my head... why would you have green aura after you because of superhuman speed? I could imagine a blur, but not a green aura..)

Kabal has an aura and his power is superspeed. Just throwing that out there. Then i got my answer. And i was wrong about the telekinesis.

I just want to throw this out there since we were just talking about it, but did anybody else notice the idiocy in the MK vs. DCU (yeah, i know there's a lot, but just this in general) where they paired up every enemy instead of pairing up allies? Yeah, it made no sense.
"Hey, I think Shang Tsung and Liu Kang should go this way, Kano and Sonya should go this way, and Quan Chi and Raiden can go this way."

1) MK vs. DCU is not canon for either setting 2) EVERYONE can hurt Superman in that idiotic game, and I believe the explanation was that the merging of worlds made him less powerful, or some such garbage MK vs. DCU followed the stories of every character on the MK side. They use sorcery in other games too, I just thought you'd connect with the Superman reference more. Also, not everyone can at first. The story behind the game is that eventually the power fluctuates, however at first he's of normal strength. I agree though, the story was garbage. I've beaten the game. As Superman. Everyone can beat him down like a bitch.

Then get ready for MK vs SF vs Tekken where you can have 3 v 3 tag teams... but you have to choose the teams as the devs wanted them. It would be like: Ryu, Scorpion, Jin Kazuya, Sub-Zero, Ken And they will bring back the rage meter everyone liked in MK vs DCU. Also, the gems from Marvel Superheroes...

You're arguing with a fiction about the rules by which that fiction can operate, AND asserting some sort of made up "auras automatically mean telekinesis" rule that doesn't apply in ANY fiction!

Aura isn't even a representation of magic, it's usually a visual flare that is supposed to depict the expansion or the uniqueness of an energy source. It's also used as another aspect to make people distinct. That's in almost anything that I've seen involving aura, anyways. It usually involve some hooblah about the soul or energy. I don't recall it being directly associated with magic. *Honk*

Picking 3 people on a team of your choice for random play is a lot different than having a story behind enemies teaming up when they have other allies right there to team up with instead, lol.

Let's not start another pointless argument.
