Really? Ermac is a ninja, made from the souls of fighters, made by Shao Kahn. Shao Kahn has powers that could come off as telekinesis used on himself. I don't know any names, but i know a few moves like that. (I think one of the is called Emperor's charge. When he attacks the opp with his shoulder, moving himself in a green aura, that resembles Ermac's telekinesis attacks.) And there's an ending in an MK game, where Ermac takes Shao Kahn's place as the emperor after defeating him. ...Yes he is, hardly like Shao Kahn, unless Shao Kahn was made by Shao Kahn... The hell did I just read? The devs added in the green effects just to make it look neat. You're thinking of Reiko. By being similar, i meant in attires. Shao Kahn wears skulls and bones and spikes. I could imagine Ermac in a similar attire. Mortis' attire was like the mash up of them, attire wise. But you can't argue, that if he is in the same aura like Ermac's enemies, when they're attacked by Ermac's Telekinetic powers, he could use the same powers to make his moves more powerful. Thinking in real origins, it could be there for looking good, but story wise, it could be there because of telekinetic powers. We don't know it's story wise origins, so we can't say that it is/isn't there because of this or that. Nope. I remember seeing Ermac (as the souls in him combined, or what the hell they made up for his scene to get away with revealing his face), without a mask, sitting on a throne, with his dead wife and daughter. Because he was a king or something like that. The last picture (because it was made out of pictures. I know that it's in game, because it was after gameplay footage... or it was brought to life in Armageddon. Idunno. Some people made brought ending movies to life with pics.) the room was revealed to be in a swamp or forest.

And there's an ending in an MK game, where Ermac takes Shao Kahn's place as the emperor after defeating him. And since I missed it the first time, in literally 90% of the "endings" of Arcade modes, those people take over. An Ending isn't part of the actual story, it's just a neat thing they do as if they were to win. He has never taken over.

Your logic is below: Shao Kahn wears skulls = I think Ermac could wear skulls = They're basically the same. He doesn't have the same aura as Mortis, by your logic Johnny Cage and Shao Kahn are also the same.

I want to operate by ati's logic.
The President wears suits. I can wear a suit. Therefore, I am the president.

Not in a normal way, because it's not in story, but it did happen in a parallel universe of MK. In a universe, Shao Kahn is like Justin Bieber. The fact that this isn't in the universe the story of MK focuses on, doesn't exclude that he is like JB. Just in a parallel universe.

The endings are just there to give people a reason to finish arcade mode 90 times and make them think they're accomplishing something (which I admittedly enjoy to watch, I just don't consider them as part of the game in any way whatsoever because they're a bunch of "what ifs").

How cute... you think ati uses logic. ati operates in these steps 1) Never ever ever do research on anything. Believe whatever you're told and/or whatever perceptions/assumptions you've got right this second 2) Always speak off the cuff without ever taking a moment to consider whether what you're saying is reasonable or makes any kind of sense 3) Refuse to acknowledge that what you've just said is stupid, no matter how obvious others make the fact 4) Instead, throw out irrelevant information in an attempt to defend your initial statement. Make sure none of it actually pertains to your original point in anyway, and also introduces as much spurious information and questionable ideation as possible. 5) Never, ever back down, no matter how deep the hole you've dug for yourself gets. 6) Eventually people will get sick of trying to explain things to you, laugh at you, and walk away. At this point you are safe to assume that your point is made and you've won.

I wouldn't say so no, but that changes with every franchise. Personally I'd say telekinesis is beyond "magic" as magic is typically able to be learned or passed on, whereas telekinesis is usually just developed by the person over time or they are born with it.
